As per my experience I feel this is a best place for family gathering and wedding. According to me I found the best rooms and the behaviour of the staff and I found with special safety attraction for the kids. What a beautiful view from every rooms or lawn, it is an actual 360° degree view of mountains and the most attractive point is the river where I enjoyed my cup of tea. The best moment of my relatives marriage is the Mandap, it was on the river site. I wish best of luck to the entire Pacific Inn team. Thank you for making our days special ❤️

One of the best place in Rishikesh,

I visited this resort with my family for the marriage ceremony of my sister. We had a complete stay of 5 days here at Pacific Inn 360 Degree Resort. Overall experience was good. The resort is situated in a wonderful location near to river and adjacent to the mountains so you will feel really close to nature.

Once you will enter the resort, you will feel a different experience with a good open area, and organized rooms, and on the other side, you will get a view of mountains, river, forest, and the aroma of food. In the open area, they have arranged a bone fire for night functions and a centralized music system to create an environment for your function.

The current Resort manager Mr. Jivesh Mishra is so supportive and the staff is co-coordinative & polite. They have their own restaurant inside the resort which is really awesome and serves delicious food. The whole family was so happy with the quality and taste of the food.

During this stay, we observed some negative points as well in which the very first thing we noticed, they don’t have a proper road/ pathway to reach the resort. Once you will come out of your vehicle on the main road you will get a completely slanting unequal mud road which is later converted to a very narrow broken stone pathway with drainage/ fountain right next to it which is a little risky while you reaching to the Resort Entrance and the entrance is around 1 KM from the main road.
As we had to organize the function so we arranged our personal decoration techniques (For that we paid an additional INR 18,000/- to the decoration person) to cover at least this broken path-way and avoid any kind of accidents during the function. The explanation for this issue was, they cannot build a road due to forest department restrictions which makes sense to me but management should think of some alternative solution (as we have thought and worked with the decoration person) to avoid any kind of risks for their guest.
Another important point where we found the gap is, though the rooms are spacious but not so clean. Hygiene-wise, the experience was so poor as bedsheets, pillow covers everything was so dirty. Without pillow covers, you cannot even touch the pillows. Deluxe room’s washroom drainage was chocked so rooms were stinking due to bathroom smell. So, my two cents over here, if they are running a resort business, management has to think about cleanliness and hygiene so that they can get back-to-back business from their customers.
