₹10,000 Resort Credit Bonus — Wedding Bookings: Terms & Conditions
1. Offer and definitions
Every wedding confirmed at ONYXX Nature Resort Corbett during the Offer Period receives a one-time Resort Credit of ₹10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only), usable against eligible add-on services, subject to these terms. The offer is run by Onyx Vacation Club Limited (CIN U93000UP2017PLC093513), Corporate Office: #23, 6th Floor, Plot No. D-6, Wave Silver Tower, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• "Company" / "Resort" means Onyx Vacation Club Limited, operating ONYXX Nature Resort Corbett, Village Chhoi, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
• "Host" means the person who signs the wedding booking agreement and pays the booking advance. Only the Host can redeem the credit.
• "Wedding Booking" means a wedding, reception or pre-wedding function package booked at the Resort's venues (Royal Lawns, Royal Courtyard or Regency Hall) under a signed booking agreement.
• "Resort Credit" means the promotional, non-cash value of ₹10,000 issued under this offer.
• "Offer Period" means bookings confirmed between [1st Nov 2026] and [30th April 2027], both days inclusive.
• "Event Dates" means the function dates stated in the booking agreement.
2. Eligibility
The credit is issued only when all of the conditions below are met.
1. The Wedding Booking is confirmed during the Offer Period by signing the booking agreement and paying the booking advance stated in it.
2. The booking guarantees a minimum of [100] guests at the agreed per-person package rate.
3. The Event Dates fall on or before [last eligible event date].
4. One Resort Credit per Wedding Booking, regardless of the number of functions, venues or rooms booked under it.
5. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional rate, corporate rate or complimentary package unless the Company agrees in writing.
6. Bookings made through third-party wedding planners or agents qualify only where the Host is named in the booking agreement.
7. Existing bookings confirmed before the Offer Period, and bookings rescheduled into it, are not eligible.
3. Where the credit can and cannot be used
The credit can be adjusted only against add-on services billed by the Resort over and above the agreed wedding package.

GST and other applicable taxes, which are payable in full
• The credit is applied as a deduction on the Host's bill for the eligible service; it is not issued as cash, refund, cheque or bank transfer.
• Any part of the credit not used within the validity period lapses. No balance is carried forward.
• If eligible spends are below ₹10,000, only the amount spent is adjusted.
• The credit may be redeemed in one or more transactions within the validity period, up to ₹10,000 in total.
4. Validity and redemption
The credit is valid from the first Event Date until months after the last Event Date, and is redeemable only at ONYXX Nature Resort Corbett.
1. The Resort confirms the credit in writing (booking confirmation or credit letter) once the booking advance is realised.
2. The Host must quote the booking reference at the time of ordering any service to be adjusted against the credit.
3. Post-wedding stays under the credit must be booked in advance through the Resort's reservations desk and are subject to room availability. Blackout dates: [●].
4. Adjustments are made only on bills raised in the Host's name or charged to the wedding master account.
5. The credit cannot be claimed after the bill has been settled, and expired credit cannot be revived or extended.
5. General conditions
1. Cancellation. If the Wedding Booking is cancelled by the Host for any reason, the credit is withdrawn. Any credit already used is recovered from the refundable amount, if any, under the booking agreement's cancellation policy.
2. Postponement. If the Event Dates are moved with the Company's written consent, the validity period moves with them. Postponement by the Host does not create a second credit.
3. Reduced guest count. If the final guaranteed guest count falls below the minimum in clause 2.2, the Company may withdraw the credit or reduce it in proportion.
4. Non-transferable. The credit belongs to the Wedding Booking. It cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for cash, or used for another booking or another person's event.
5. Taxes. All taxes on services availed are charged at prevailing rates on the gross bill and are payable by the Host.
6. Misuse. The Company may cancel the credit where it finds misrepresentation, duplicate claims or misuse.
7. Changes to the offer. The Company may modify, extend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Credits already confirmed in writing will be honoured on their terms.
8. Precedence. These terms are in addition to the wedding booking agreement and the Resort's house rules. Where they conflict on the credit, these terms prevail; on everything else, the booking agreement prevails.
9. Liability. The Company's liability under this offer is limited to the unused value of the credit, up to ₹10,000.
