1. Offer, definitions and eligibility
Every wedding confirmed at ONYXX Nature Resort Corbett during the Offer Period receives one complimentary pre-wedding photoshoot experience for the couple at the Resort. The offer is run by Onyx Vacation Club Limited (CIN U93000UP2017PLC093513), Corporate Office: #23, 6th Floor, Plot No. D-6, Wave Silver Tower, Sector 18, Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
• "Company" / "Resort" means Onyx Vacation Club Limited, operating ONYXX Nature Resort Corbett, Village Chhoi, Ramnagar, Uttarakhand.
• "Host" means the person who signs the wedding booking agreement and pays the booking advance.
• "Couple" means the bride and groom named in the wedding booking agreement.
• "Wedding Booking" means a wedding or reception package booked at the Resort's venues (Royal Lawns, Royal Courtyard or Regency Hall) under a signed booking agreement.
• "Experience" means the complimentary pre-wedding photoshoot described in clause 2.
• "Offer Period" means bookings confirmed between [start date] and [end date], both days inclusive.
• "Event Dates" means the function dates stated in the booking agreement.
Eligibility
1. The Wedding Booking is confirmed during the Offer Period by signing the booking agreement and paying the booking advance stated in it.
2. The booking guarantees a minimum of [●] guests at the agreed per-person package rate.
3. One Experience per Wedding Booking, for the Couple only.
4. The offer cannot be combined with any other discount, promotional rate or complimentary package unless the Company agrees in writing. [Confirm whether it can be combined with the ₹10,000 Resort Credit offer.]
5. Bookings confirmed before the Offer Period, and bookings rescheduled into it, are not eligible.
2. What is and is not included
The Experience covers one photoshoot session at the Resort with a Resort-arranged photographer; everything else is chargeable.

• Shoots inside Jim Corbett National Park or any forest area, safari permits, and government or forest department fees.
• Drone photography, which is subject to separate permissions and charges.
• Videography, reels, albums, printed photographs, raw (unedited) files and extra edited photographs, available at the Resort's prevailing rates.
• Outfits, makeup, hair styling, props and costume changes, arranged by the Couple at their own cost.
• Travel to and from the Resort, and accommodation and meals for anyone accompanying the Couple.
• Taxes on any chargeable add-ons, which are payable by the Host.
3. Scheduling and redemption
The shoot must take place between [●] days and [●] months before the first Event Date, and cannot be held after the wedding.
1. The Resort confirms the Experience in writing once the booking advance is realised.
2. The Couple must book the shoot date at least [7] days in advance through the Resort's reservations desk, quoting the booking reference. Dates are subject to photographer and location availability. Blackout dates: [●].
3. The shoot may be rescheduled once with at least [48] hours' notice. A no-show or a later cancellation forfeits the Experience.
4. If weather, a government order or any event beyond the Resort's control stops the shoot, the Resort will offer one alternative date within the scheduling window. No cash or other compensation is payable.
5. If the Event Dates are moved with the Company's written consent, the scheduling window moves with them.
6. An Experience not availed within the scheduling window lapses and cannot be revived or extended.
4. General conditions
1. No cash value. The Experience has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, a discount or any other service.
2. Non-transferable. It cannot be sold or transferred to another couple, booking or event.
3. Cancellation. If the Wedding Booking is cancelled before the shoot, the Experience is withdrawn. If it is cancelled after the shoot, the Company may recover ₹[●] (the value of the Experience) from the refundable amount, if any, under the booking agreement.
4. Reduced guest count. If the final guaranteed guest count falls below the minimum in clause 1, the Company may withdraw the Experience or charge for it at ₹[●].
5. Use of photographs. The Couple receives the edited photographs for personal, non-commercial use. The Resort may use selected photographs on its website, social media or marketing material only with the Couple's written consent.
6. Conduct and safety. The Couple must follow the Resort's house rules, safety instructions and the photographer's guidance, and is responsible for any damage caused to Resort property.
7. Liability. The Company is not liable for loss of personal belongings during the shoot. If photographs are lost through the Resort's fault, its liability is limited to offering a repeat session.
8. Misuse. The Company may cancel the Experience where it finds misrepresentation or duplicate claims.
9. Changes to the offer. The Company may modify, extend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice. Experiences already confirmed in writing will be honoured on their terms.
10. Precedence. These terms are in addition to the wedding booking agreement and the Resort's house rules. Where they conflict on the Experience, these terms prevail.
