1. The lady I was originally talking to Jeannette never ever came and welcomed us or met us even once.
2. We were promised complimentary rooms since we never visited the property before the wedding but that was never promised.
3. Some rooms of this property still needed renovation and had some water damages like molds etc specially the ground floor sea facing rooms
4. The quality of bedding etc was terrible I pointed out to pay special attention to those things for our guests but I didn’t see that much change over the 4 days me and my guests stayed
5. Most of the staff was polite and very helpful except one
6. They burn trash right in front of the property and I had to request them to stop doing that for the days of my wedding but I personally find this activity hazardous to health and just shouldn’t be done ever.
