Pathetic service ill-mannered staff

1. Reception staff is very arrogant His number is 8400043060 He don't know how to speak politely to customers
2. It's rained in the night drops of water started falling from the ceiling and from the floor half of the bed was wet I tried calling above number around 12 times but there was no response so I visit reception area and ther was nobody even to guard was not present and got to know nobody is available between 12 night to 7 pm in the morning
3. In case of any medical emergency no staff no phone numbers are responding
4. Food service was pathetic ordered utensil water bottle delivered after 45 mins
5. Hotel don't have phone extensions so depended on mobile phones and all calls are diverted from customers to reception then pantry area hence last in delayed in food
6. Lot of flies in reception area and they are not using mosquito repellent
7. There were ants in the rooms and asked the housekeeping staff several times to clean but it was not cleaned
8. Resort is using expiry shampoo attached photograph for proof..
