We hosted our wedding at Gathbandhan Palace, Jaipur, and it was nothing short of a dream! The entire palace looked breathtakingly beautiful with its royal Rajasthani architecture and grand decor. Every corner gave a regal vibe, perfect for photos and ceremonies. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every moment was flawless — from guest hospitality to food arrangements. Our families and guests were all impressed by the warmth and service. Truly, Gathbandhan Palace made our special day unforgettable!

I recently held my wedding at Gatbandhan Palace and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Despite countless promises—before booking, after booking, and even one month before the big day—nothing was ever fulfilled:

• Constant Power Outages: The lights went off multiple times during important functions. No backup plan, no apologies, just darkness.

• Non-Functional Bathrooms: Several restrooms weren’t working at all, causing chaos for guests.

• Damaged Rooms: On move-in day, we discovered cracked walls, water leakage and broken floors in our booked rooms.

• Unkept Branding Promise: They guaranteed the property name would be changed to “Beelwa” on the front gate and reception signage. We reminded them repeatedly, but the signs stayed the same.

• Total Staff Discoordination: The team didn’t even communicate among themselves, let alone cooperate with our event planners. Check-in and check-out “support” was non-existent, so our own event team had to handle everything.

• Zero Hospitality & Maintenance: No one cared about helping us or maintaining the property. No one to answer basic questions.

Owners Neeraj and Gaurav, along with Operational Manager Rishi, are unprofessional and make empty promises. They lied to our faces, took our money, and did absolutely nothing. Save yourself the headache—do NOT book any event here.

We recently celebrated my brother’s wedding at Gathbandhan, Jaipur, and I must say it was an absolutely beautiful experience. From the moment we stepped into the venue, everything was well-managed, warm, and welcoming.

Venue & Ambience:
The space is perfect for a royal wedding vibe – traditional yet modern. The décor was elegant, the lighting was just right, and the outdoor + indoor setup gave us plenty of flexibility. Gathbandhan truly brings out the charm of Jaipur

Management & Staff:
A big shoutout to the staff and management team. They were attentive, polite, and ensured everything ran smoothly. Any last-minute changes or requests were handled without any stress.

Overall Experience:
The whole event went off without a hitch, and a large part of that credit goes to the Gathbandhan team. They helped create memories we’ll cherish forever.

Highly recommend this venue for weddings or big celebrations in Jaipur!

In may 2025 we have organised a good wedding at gathbandhan palace. I appreciate the service of the property. GM Rishi sharma is a humble and responsible person and really a very helpful personality. All staff is supportive specially front office and housekeeping staff. About the property, rooms are neat and clean, good amenities with effective cooling in rooms and corridor area. Swiming pool area looks beautiful with heritage mehrab surrounding and champa garden. Thank you team gadhbandhan to make our wedding a full of memorising moments.

Booked Gathbandhan Palace / Beelwa Palace
for a good wedding in the family in April 2025. It is a good venue under an horrible management. The General Manager believes in over commitments and under delivery. They keep going back and forth over agreed terms and tariffs. It is better to keep everything in writing with them, otherwise they will not hesitate before going back on their words. This was a major problem with them.

Property is nice but there there were maintenance issues such as:
1. Airconditioner not working in many rooms though they were fixed after multiple complaints.
2. There was water leakage in the banquet halls. There were multiple occasions when water would start seeping in from the ceiling and sometimes into the food spread, we had to move the food counters on multiple occasions.
3. They were severely short staffed to handle check in and check out of the guests. Many of our guests had to move their luggage on their own.
4. Room kits, as shown to us during booking, were not there in most of the rooms.
5. Room cleaning meant only wiping the floors, Every other action such as changing the sheets, cleaning the bathroom, replenishing the toiletries and towels etc had to be mentioned otherwise it would not be done.
6. Most of the intercoms were not working.
7. There was lot of power outages in the area, for which we cannot blame the property. However sometimes the generators were not switched on in anticipation of the power supply being restored.

Hope this review brings some changes to the way they handle their customers, else every other guest would exit with a very unhappy heart.

The lawn and specifically the banquet was quite mesmerizing and gives the wedding a royal touch.
