Extremely professional, superlative wedding experience
Disappointing and Disheartned
I tried to work with them and give them feedback, but they were disrespectful and made no effort to improve. On the day of the wedding, my heart sank when I saw the decor. It was such a disappointment to see my hard-earned money go to waste on such a pathetic attempt at decoration.
As someone who works in the design industry, I know what's worth what, and this was not worth the money or the emotional toll it took on me. I feel cheated and financially drained. I would not recommend to anyone looking to plan a special event. They made a mockery out of our once-in-a-lifetime celebration.
