We hired Vcan Event Management & Planner for our 3-day wedding celebration (24–26 June 2026), but unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing.

On the welcome day, even the basic arrangements were incomplete. There was no proper welcome decoration, welcome garlands were missing, and essential ceremonial items like the bajot and kalash were not available when required. Two porters were assigned, but they were of no practical use.

The biggest failure was in logistics and guest coordination. Despite taking complete responsibility for these services, the team failed to execute them. Shockingly, the logistics team asked for our train details and guest list only in the evening, after almost all guests had already checked in. This information had already been shared well in advance.

The checkout process was also poorly managed, as no dedicated staff member was assigned to handle it. Before the wedding, we had provided the entire event schedule and all required details in writing, but not even 50% of the promised services were delivered.

Instead of enjoying one of the most important occasions of our lives, our family spent the entire event dealing with unnecessary stress caused by poor planning, lack of coordination, and mismanagement. I have barely been able to sleep over the past few days because of the avoidable problems created by the event team.

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Vcan Event Management & Planner. If you want a well-organized and stress-free event, please think carefully before choosing this company.
