Waste of money
In the beginning, we were also inspired by their words and sample videos shown to us.
Later on, we experienced their unprofessional behaviour and slow services.
After investing lakhs of money, every customer expects good quality work. The owner didn’t even show us sample album even after requesting a lot and delivered a bad quality album. Later on, he said that the album is a complimentary gift from our side and won’t be replaced. We are not fools to give lakhs of amount only for video.
They didn’t even provide edited photos of my pre-wedding and reception. All the data given was raw footage.
They took more than 6 months to give us album and video where the album was of bad quality. In the end, we re-printed our wedding album and also edited video from other resources.
Seriously I am completely disappointed and wasted my money.
I would suggest every one if you still want to work with SPRY, it’s your choice but, don’t give them complete money first until you get satisfactory work. Also if possible keep record/proof of each and every promises they are making.
