Never work with them
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
They harassed my family and completely tried to spoil everything. We had to book other backups last minute.
Please contact m will send you guys photos of what they promise vs deliver
1. They will promise "quality" / "brand name" / "25 years" kind of things to make it all fancy
2. Kartik Sethi will be very sweet and show u the moon initially, only to be a completely different and rude person later
3. Even after spending 30-40 lakhs average 10 lakhs per event - they will say on every small thing that the budget is less
4. They will not pay local vendors who will be after your life at the event
5. They shut off their phone during the event - so no one can call them or their team for issues
6 decor starts just 5-6 hours before the event. Youre constantly told that youre asking things outside of scope, even when it's included in their ppt
I made the biggest mistake by not seeing the reviews earlier. That was the biggest regret i have. They are complete scamstera there's a reason there is no good review Here

Hiring Ombre designs was a bad decision
Unfortunately, hiring Ombre designs decor team for our wedding was the worst decision we made. Despite promising a certain decor that aligned with our design specifications, they completely failed to deliver. They were never available for contact on the wedding day and did not even visit the venue beforehand. Kartik Sethi himself never met us after the initial meeting and only sent his workers, showing a lack of commitment to our event.
Moreover, the decor provided looked nothing like what was planned, causing us a lot of stress. It felt like they were doing us a favor by agreeing to a price, and their attitude was unprofessional. Kartik Sethi was rude and never available, leaving us feeling unsupported throughout the process.
Thankfully, our event planner stepped in last minute to salvage the situation. Kartik Sethi's lack of adjustment and unwillingness to go the extra mile for customer satisfaction was disappointing. I strongly advise others to avoid working with this company to avoid similar stress and disappointment.

They are the most unprofessional vendors that I came across during the wedding of my daughter
Very unprofessional people and they will charge you a bomb for nothing. They were a total disappointment for our daughter’s wedding. I don’t want others to face what we had to face for our event. They are dacoits.
