Hi everyone, my name is Nitin. I previously worked at New Generations Events as a Digital Marketing Executive. I feel it's important to share my honest experience with the company and particularly with its owner, Mr. Govind Gupta.

During my time there, the company had only two employees, yet Mr. Gupta would frequently misrepresent the scale of the business to clients. For instance, he falsely told several reputed brands — including The Sunday Hotel — that the company had 2–3 large warehouses in Gurgaon and a big, experienced team, which was completely untrue. In reality, there was only one small warehouse and a very limited, unskilled labour team — with no professional event staff whatsoever.

What concerned me even more was his unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. When the female employee wasn’t around, he would make inappropriate comments about her, criticizing her lifestyle and character behind her back. He would also badmouth clients, showing them respect during meetings or calls, but mocking and abusing them the moment the conversation ended. I personally witnessed all of this.

I want to be honest about why I left the job. The final incident that pushed me to resign was related to a comment Mr. Gupta made about the female employee. Before a client meeting that day, he tried to manipulate me emotionally, saying, "You can’t cheat the company you’re working for just because of a salary." I was confused and unfortunately, I got influenced by his words at that moment. Later, when the female employee confronted him about the comment, I stayed silent and didn’t support her — and that has stayed with me.

That incident disturbed me for days. I kept replaying it in my mind, feeling mentally unstable and guilty. I realized I had made a mistake by not speaking up when it mattered. Today, I take full responsibility for that. If I had spoken up that day, I wouldn’t be carrying this regret with me.

Yes, Mr. Gupta may try to discredit this by saying I left the job after a disagreement or argument. But that does not erase the truth of what happened.

I’m sharing this so that anyone considering working with or hiring this company — especially respected brands — can make an informed and thoughtful decision.
