Extremely Disappointed with Their Services – Avoid!
I am sharing my experience in the hope that others do not face the same issues I did. My wedding, one of the most important days of my life, was completely mismanaged by this event planning company. Premanand Nayak, Krishna Nayak, and Saloni made several commitments but failed to deliver on almost all of them.
The decorations were incomplete, the catering was delayed, and overall, the event was highly disorganized. Despite multiple follow-ups, deadlines were not met, and communication became difficult. This caused unnecessary stress and disappointment for my family and guests.
What was promised and what was delivered were worlds apart. After making the full payment, we found it extremely hard to get any proper response or resolution. This lack of professionalism left us feeling let down and frustrated.
They have added fake reviews on this platform, the reviews are from their family and friends. They have added fake pictures downloaded from Pinterest. They delete or report honest customer reviews.

Prem & Ankit were extremely accommodating for all my wedding requests. We had multiple formal meetings set up for finalising our plans along with a constant interaction with them. I have to give it up to the creativity of Ankit and his team in getting my vision to life. The entire team was extremely cautious of my ideas and my requests and tried their best to bring it to life! I am definitely glad I said ‘I do’ to IDO Event Planners for my big day! 😍 -
