  Fraud and Cheater is another name of this vendor

  I have booked a catering services with "Happy Moments," represented by, Himanshu Malhotra (Shammi Malhotra) and Mr. Vicky Sharma, for a birthday party scheduled to take place in Noida. On the date of event, Himanshu and Vicky Sharma cancel the event and not returning the advance money.   Fake vendor be alert!!!

  He is totally unprofessional. He takes advance from you and will not provide any of the service agreed with him. He stops picking up the call at time of event. Be alert don't hire this fake person as your event planner. He will run away with your money and will not provide any service and your evenet will be totally ruined.

  Worst experience (Fraud person)

  He takes advance payment by buttering or showing his kind nature. Before the event he stops picking up the call and ran with the money. Totally fraud person. Beware of him.

  Unprofessional Behaviour

  Didn't like at all. Once you pay them in advance, they do not listen and push their own demands. No professional behaviour. Vendors talk rudely. Never going to work with them again.

  Warning: Fraudulent & Untrustworthy Individual...!!

  I strongly advise against engaging in any dealings with them. My experience with them was highly unprofessional and misleading. They made false promises, engaged in deceptive practices, and ultimately failed to deliver on their commitments.
  
  Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation, they either ignored my concerns or provided excuses. This person lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. If you're considering working with them, please proceed with extreme caution or avoid them altogether.
  
  I hope this review helps others avoid falling victim to their dishonest behavior.

  !! CHOR !!

  As soon as the event manager (Himanshu) took 80% advance, the scam began.
  
  Phone uthana band and totally disappear.
  
  We booked him for pre-wedding rituals (haldi, mehndi, sangeet), which he ruined completely.
  1) He canceled our shortlisted venue 2 days before the rituals, claiming that he hadn’t made the payment, and now the venue is unavailable.
  2) Then we started running around to find a new venue, for which he still hadn’t made any payment, and asked us to adjust with the remaining 20%.
  3) The choreographer came for only 2 days and then disappeared. The entire sangeet was spoiled with no performance.
  4) In catering, half of the menu was canceled, and the rest was changed according to his choice.
  5) The DJ floor, haldi/mehndi decoration was a disaster.
  6) Regarding transport, no payment was made to any vendor/driver, and we had to pay from our own pocket.
  
  Stay away from this FRAUD!!

Or trust bn chuka tha toh almost inhone 3 din pehle tk 90% amount bhi lelia tha humse ab paisa jaate he inhone apna real face( fraud) samne laae Mr.himanshu ne koi venue book nhi kia (Krishna farms sector 132) or jhut bola k vha kuch ladai ho gyi h toh venue nhi milega jb humne khud se dekha toh pta chala jhut h catering k bnde itne gnde the k loog khana kya unke hath ka paani na le shadow 2 book ko thi jo drive bhi kr skte toh 2 ladkia jinhone vha or mahol kharab kia hua tha koi catering wale k saath toh koi kisi k saath busy thi useless thi ,, jo inhone book bhi kia unka bs booking amount dia vha vo gnde loog jinse loog baat krna bhi nhi soch skte vo aakr paani electricity food etc bnd krne ka bol rhe the ,, sabki payment khud ne leli or sara function kharab kr dia inko koi frk nhi pdta hum jaise loog inko mil jate h or yeah humare paise or izzat k saath khelte h

  Himanshu Malhotra.. a sweet knife

  Our most joyful occasion turned into a nightmare of stress and disappointment. I wouldn’t recommend him even to an enemy. If you want a hassle-free and happy wedding, keep him far away from your events.
  
  He was completely unreliable and absent for all our functions. He failed to book our venue and informed us only two days before the events. He made big promises about catering but provided local cooks who refused to even make tea for breakfast, citing a lack of gas and pans. The food was served in cheap plastic bowls. For the DJ night, he gave us a broken, incomplete dance floor.
  
  He charged us for shadow staff who couldn’t even drive and spent the entire time glued to their phones, refusing to assist family members. He also failed to pay for the cars and buses, leading to transport services being stopped midway to the airport. We had to cover the costs ourselves to avoid embarrassment in front of our guests.

  Himanshu the scam artist.

  I wish I saw the other review before hiring this con artist, he is an excellent example of how to sweet talk you into giving money and than utilising the criticality of time to provide no service and scam you.
  
  I do not wish anyone to fall for this scam artist everyone be safe and stay away from him and company.
