Worst experience with mr. Tanuj bhatia.
Several décor arrangements were clearly discussed and finalized with their team after they showed us samples and assured us that the exact same setups would be executed. However, what was delivered during the event was completely different from what had been promised.
The entrance was supposed to have candles as clearly mentioned in the reference shared by their team, but there were no candles placed at the entrance at all. The mirror aisle was also extremely poorly done and all the flowers used were artificial, despite a mix of real and artificial flowers being discussed.
The fog and flower shower were specifically planned for the varmala on stage, but the fog machine was incorrectly used during the bride’s entry instead. Even worse, the flower shower was handled very unprofessionally, where staff were seen picking rose petals from the floor and putting them into the machine, and the petals were not even falling properly on the bride and groom.
For the amount that was charged, the execution and professionalism were nowhere close to the commitments made by Mr. Tanuj Bhatia and his team. Such poor coordination and failure to deliver what was promised during such an important family occasion was extremely disappointing and embarrassing for the host in front of the guests.
Based on this experience, I would strongly advise people to be extremely cautious before planning any event with Glamsham Events.
