  Understood our Jain traditions beautifully, Highly recommend Gala Events

  We had Gala Events manage our wedding, and it was truly one of the best decisions we made. Being from the Jain community, we value our wedding traditions deeply, and every ritual, timing, and detail matters a lot to our family. The team understood this from the beginning and handled everything with care and respect....

  Planning a large Jain family wedding is never easy, but Gala Events was consistently involved and responsive throughout the planning and during all the functions. What really stood out was their calm and organized on ground coordination. Even when timelines shifted, which naturally happens at weddings, they managed things smoothly without creating stress for the family.
  
  The decoration, vendor coordination, and overall flow of events were handled beautifully, while ensuring that the wedding remained proper, traditional, and dignified. Our guests were comfortable, and our family could actually be present in the moment instead of worrying about arrangements.
  
  Weddings in our community are once in lifetime moments, and we genuinely felt support throughout. The team was professional, attentive, and committed to delivering what was discussed.
  
  Based on our experience, we can confidently say Gala Events is one of the best wedding planning teams, and we would highly recommend them to families...especially those from the Jain and Marwari community.....who are looking for perfection, tradition, and peace of mind on such an important day.

  Happy Faces Happy us

  We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner than Manisha from Gala Events. From start to finish, she handled my brother’s wedding in Hyderabad with absolute grace, professionalism, and heart. Every detail big and small was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed.
  Manisha has an amazing ability to understand the family’s vision and turn it into reality while keeping everything smooth and stress-free. The décor, coordination, and overall flow of the events were flawless, and we truly got to enjoy the wedding without worrying about a thing.

  Negative review

  We engaged Gala Events for the wedding in the Shah family, expecting professionalism and smooth execution on such an important occasion. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.
  
  From the very beginning, there was poor planning and mismanagement. Event timelines were not followed, there were significant delays, and several services that were clearly promised and paid for were either not delivered or delivered after being asked many times. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no accountability or urgency shown by the team.
  
  The individual involved, Mr. Sandeep, failed to manage the situation responsibly. Instead of resolving issues, we were put under undue pressure at critical moments during the event, being told to return the payments and non cooperation when services were already incomplete, which felt like coercion and emotional blackmail during a family function. And when issues and delays were pointed out during the wedding, he started threatening us by saying their female staff has been abused, the staff is being called by all names, you don't know my background, we have documented everything etc etc .
  
  The only thing they managed to deliver was
  1. Wrong attitude
  2. Lazy staff running non productively from here to there with a wired earphone and a mobile phone
  3. Interns from college who couldn't even manage themselves
  4. Misbehaviour
  5. Blackmail the client
  6. Absence at the venue during the event
  7. No apology or addressing the issue
  
  A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and due to Gala Events’ unprofessional conduct, non-delivery of commitments, and lack of ethics, our family had to face unnecessary anxiety and embarrassment in front of guests.
  
  We strongly do not recommend Gala Events (Ms. Manisha and Mr.Sandeep) to anyone looking for a reliable or trustworthy event management company.

  Manisha and her team at GALA EVENTS, made our wedding truly unforgettable. Choosing them was the best decision of our lives. The wedding was absolutely beautiful, and every little detail was taken care of with so much thought and care.
  
  We are so grateful to the team at Gala Weddings and especially Sandeep, for creating memories we will cherish forever. Highly recommended to anyone planning their big day.

  The team was always organized, on schedule, and incredibly thoughtful.   Never pay money before they provide service!

  
  Demanded 100% money before rendering any services. After taking the full payment, the main persons neither Manisha nor Sandeep showed up on the event, instead Aafia was sent.
  There was no coordination between the makeup lady and Aafia in spite of mentioning several times regarding the flowers for the bride.
  On wedding day, LED monitor stand was not provided instead demanded more money.
  There were several nails on the mandap were exposed as a result many people got hurt.
  
  I must say that decorations were pretty good.

  Unfortunately you always said you did not have budget for anything that you yourself asked or required.
  
  You said your budget for management was less and that you had to get your aunt for it.
  And same thing applied for various other things which I would not want to mention and disrespect you on a public platform here.
  
  
  So if we are only doing decor( which you yourselfappreciated)..we are not supposed to get anyone standing in your service throughout the event..still we gave you people in case anything was required
  So honestly we do not understand your review.
  
  However many many hearty Congratulations and wish you all the best for a happy married life.

  Manisha & Gala Events gave us a magazine worthy Udaipur wedding with stress-free execution. Perfect plan, Clear budgets, documented decisions, punctual teams, and decor that wowed at every event. They handled hotels, guest movement, permissions …..everything..so we could be present. Exactly as promised, delivered on time. 5/5 ....highly recommended

  My dream wedding made true !!

  As i started planning my wedding, i came cross Several highly-rated wedding planners.
  But I did not find them personal involved.When i contacted Gala Events. I understood in my first call that they are extremely professional,organized and have the ability to handle complex details.
  They were a lifesaver for me as they assisted me with my destination wedding in Goa
  Starting from venue booking to décor planning and getting all vendors on board.
  Gala Events is celebrated for the calm demeanor, meticulous planning, and ability to execute every detail flawlessly
  Additionally, they are Extremely creative , have a custom approach and attention to detail and always eager and open to create something new.
  
  On top of it..with their warehouse. Material inhouse.they created my dream set up in a week inhouse.
  Extremely accommodating and professional.
  
  The execution was so above my my expectations. If I was expecting 100.they delivered 200.
  I feel so blessed.
  The most important day of my life is the most memorable day throughout my life now.

  The greatest day of my life!!

  Our wedding was a great success to tell thanks to Gala Weddings!! Manisha and her team had carried it out effortlessly. From the planning to the decor to the makeup to to hospitality, everything was taken care of and we didnt have to worry at all. It was such a relief working with them and they made our special day worth reliving and remembering. It really was a masterpiece and I would 100% recommend Gala events to everyone who wants to make the biggest day in their life worth it!!
