Pathetic Experience! Ruined my wedding
I had booked Dome Occassion as my event planner in February for my wedding in November, but the entire experience was a nightmare.
Throughout the planning process, the assigned planners were unprofessional, slow, and consistently caused unnecessary delays. Despite having ample time to prepare, they kept dilly-dallying and eventually canceled on me just one month before my wedding. This left me in an incredibly difficult position where I had to coordinate everything directly with the hotel myself. Managing such responsibilities during an already stressful time was extremely challenging, and the planners failed to offer any courtesy or goodwill to manage the wedding events as compensation.
We even went to Mumbai to personally meet their team and convey our requirements, but they showed no concern for us whatsoever. Their lack of professionalism and empathy was shocking. They played with our emotions at such an important event in our lives, and their actions caused unnecessary stress and disappointment.
The only vendor they booked was a makeup artist for the siders, and even that was a disaster. The quality of work was pathetic, and I have no idea how they thought this vendor was suitable for a wedding.
Adding insult to injury, it took me an entire month to recover the money they had blocked. Their team is manipulative, relies on sweet talk to gain trust, and then leaves clients hanging without proper responses. We initially booked them thinking they were a reputed name, but they completely ruined our wedding experience.
Avoid this planner at all costs if you want a stress-free and well-organized event. They literally left us helpless.
