  Amevagoa event , geetanjali good for nothing

  We had a disappointing experience with Ameva Goa Event (Geetanjali) during our cruise wedding. Despite hiring them for coordination, we ended up handling everything ourselves, from booking the cruise to managing artists and transportation. If you value a smooth event, avoid Ameva Goa Event. Contact us for more details or references before making a decision. You’ll see GEETANJALI. Promoting my sister cruise wedding every where but trust me Geetanjali and her team did nothing .
  I don’t want anyone big day get ruined . So please think twice before booking them .

  We had a disappointing experience with Ameva Goa Event (Geetanjali) during our cruise wedding.   Hi Riya, we always accept our client’s feedback very constructively, however, we need to make exceptions, especially when the feedback is made with malintent.
  Payment - Our agreement specified all payments to vendors to be made 15 days prior to the event date. Inspite of multiple requests, no payments were received until the day of event. Hence vendors refused to board. It is concerning that you blame us for requesting payments contractually due to us.
  Décor - we engage specialist vendors to fulfill our clients' expectations. We create concepts and designs that are specifically aligned with the vision of the bride and groom. We appreciate your recognition of this aspect of our service.
  Venues - We promote various cruises, venues and resorts. It is rather perplexing to see why this concerns you.
  Artists - we provided you with multiple artist options, all of which were apparently above your budgets. Infact, one of the vendors booked by you also shared serious concern, as his payments were not made and they would cease work until it was cleared!!
  Guest Management –we received written communication from the groom that arrangements for hotel and guest transport would be delegated to yourself. It is perplexing for us to now be held responsible for these arrangements.
  We went beyond our remit to assist you in coordinating with your guests for their visa, ticket issuance, obtaining passports, a task normally done by the travel agency and to attach luggage tags, a task to be done by the cruise staff.
  Operations – On your assertions that AmevaGoa team did not contribute effectively during the event, It was the AmevaGoa team that handled all guest communications, movements including, handling function related décor, co-ordinating with cruise, handling guest queries, shifting equipment, facilitating the transport of items from groom's house to cruise terminal including port clearance & loading, all of which exceeded our agreed deliverables and took considerable time. We find it disappointing that you chose to ignore all the extra efforts undertaken.
  Staff – there were multiple instances before and during the event, where our staff were treated rudely during interactions with you, including seeking responses at late hours and on weekends. Notwithstanding, staff persevered and worked an average of 17-18 hours daily, exceeding the contracted 10-hour shifts. Our emails regarding pending overtime payments have yet to receive a response.
  Accommodation –the inappropriateness of your insistence of female staff to share accommodations with male staff members, raises moral and ethical questions. Whilst we raised this multiple times with you, no action was taken and it was left to us to manage the situation to avoid the female staff from taking any legal recourse. We provided a list of required staff for the event well in time. Inspite of this, only six rooms were made available for 18 staff, forcing Geetanjali to pay for her own accomodation to avoid sharing room with male staff member, despite clear agreements for solo accommodation.
  SM - Our social media platforms are designated for showcasing our work; we do not block any individuals. However, we do utilize an in-house AI platform that restricts accounts that it assesses to be inauthentic.
  You indicate that writing reviews is not a common practice for you; however, it appears you have been quite active in providing multiple reviews, including some through profiles that may not be genuine.
  We take pride in services we offer, evidenced by numerous positive reviews we receive from extremely satisfied clients. It remains perplexing to us why there seems to be a compulsion to tarnish our reputation repeatedly.
  Our client testimonials underscore our dedication and expertise and our previous clients can attest to Geetanjali’s commitment, quality of services, and can vouch for her and AmevaGoa’s integrity and commitment.

  AmevaGoa exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was both professional and incredibly helpful. Their warm hospitality made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. We were pleasantly surprised by the affordability of their package, which didn't compromise on quality. Our wedding day was a perfect reflection of our vision, thanks to AmevaGoa Events. Grateful doesn't even begin to cover it.

  Thread Ceremony in Goa

  As clichéd as it may sound, AmevaGoa delivered a truly bespoke event for our son's thread ceremony in Goa. Geetanjali is a hands on leader with a very professional team.
  
  All our initial apprehensions quickly went away when they showed us a presentation which truly conceptualised our vision.
  
  We literally went in as guests.. everything was so perfectly executed.
  
  AmevaGoa executed our vision beyond expectations. And this includes arranging an authentic vegetarian maharashtrian lunch for the main thread ceremony. The decor, theme, gala, all were superbly handled.
  
  All guests were very happy with the arrangements and AmevaGoa had people stationed to take care of all requests, including travel to the venues and also the logistics.
  
  The thread ceremony for us was like a wedding (only missing part was the bride ;) ) We wanted haldi, mehendi, sangeet, the main event and a gala reception. A total of over 350 guests. I can say that AmevaGoa gave us amazing ideas and themes and also expected them to near perfection.
  
  We definitely recommend AmevaGoa and wish them every success.

  75th Birthday Celebrations made even more special

  AmevaGoa Events delivered an exceptional event for my mother's 75th birthday celebrations in Goa. Geetanjali us totally hands on and is involved in every aspect from conceptualising to execution. Her team is very professional and we would absolutely recommend AmevaGoa events for events in Goa. Infact we have attended a couple of other events managed by them and have seen exceptional events. Kudos to Geetanjali and her team.
