I got married in Feb 2019, we are now in Aug 2020. When we hired them to do our wedding photography and videography, they demanded payment in full. On our wedding day, my husband and I were opening cash gifts so that we could collect money to pay them. It took them over 13 months and excuses to give me my photos which I had to pay for dunzo. They claimed that the video was ready, but after recieving it, it was the worst editing ever!!! Then they claimed it wasnt edited. Then one time he asked me to take the files elsewhere and pay for my own editing. Then again it was excuse after excuse everytime i asked for it. One time Arjun Patel claimed that he had a death in the family, obviously I felt bad. But then I saw him online throughout the same day and the next searching for new gigs. They have time for all that but not edit my video and give it to me. Now he is using the covid 19 situation saying that his editor is stuch in his home town without and internet to send the files. Strange that he is stuck with only my wedding video. I left a bad recommendation on their FB page so Arjun Patel blocked me from the page and now had threatened to not even give me my wedding video. He has taken one of the most important days of our lives and completed ruined it. Not even giving us that physical memory.
