  Disappointing communication. Customer blaming

  We hired Zero Gravity Photography for our engagement shoot and trusted them with preserving memories from one of the most important milestones of our lives.
  
  When we recently reached out regarding our engagement photographs, we were informed that the data had been permanently deleted from their Google Drive and could not be retrieved.
  
  We were told that the team previously maintained backups but stopped doing so after Google began charging for storage. If there was a change in their backup policy, clients should have been clearly informed before permanently deleting important event data.
  
  Unfortunately, instead of a transparent and accountable response, our experience has been marked by defensiveness. Communication has also been inconsistent, with delayed replies and periods where our messages were not responded to, which felt evasive.
  
  Engagement photographs are not ordinary files — they are irreplaceable memories. Professional photography services must have clear data retention policies, responsible backup systems, and respectful communication.
  
  The loss of our engagement photographs is deeply upsetting, and the handling of this situation has been extremely disappointing.

  Cheating the customers

  Do not take a chance with this team. They are not professional at all. During phone calls, they promise everything, but once they receive full payment, they divert the calls and avoid responsibility. My marriage was on 18 May 2024, and until today I have not received my album. They asked me to select photos, but the photos provided were of very poor quality and unprofessional, Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Please choose a professional team with good reviews instead.

  Worst experience with Zero Gravity

  Very poor customer service. It will take forever to process the photo selection and receive the deliverables. I’m married for 1.5 years and still haven’t received my wedding album . They have age old technique of photo selection process. I strongly don’t recommend “Zero Gravity”

  Very worst experience I had with zero gravity.

  Irresponsibly people. Worst clarity. My one year old child can take better videos than this company work.
  They will spoil your memories they will stay your memory . You will be worried a lot. Finally, they won’t provide the right bill amount what we paid and cheating the government without paying taxes. We paid 85000 but I got bill for only 11000. It makes me and government mad. We have to fight for consumer rights.

  Never hire this zero gravity

  Hi everyone, I wish I could attach a video clipping of work done by Madurai branch who was assigned for my wedding. The worst photographers I have ever seen. Even a kid could take good video. Think of a Christian wedding march. Which is fully shaky and many clips vanished and they hesitate to share even raw footage of my own wedding to atleast save what is left. Talked to manager for hours explaining, still they do the same bad works and send you the same video. They done nothing but dragging time for nothing. I really want to talk to higher management. All I need is my raw pictures(including everything they have of us) and raw video. It has been 6 months already they are leisurely doing things. No audio recorded properly saying they had forgotten audio jack and now claims that they thought(dreamt) that church will have everything. What a foolish answer is this from the photographers. They nicely took room from the previous day and done nothing worth it. No video covered on cafeteria and saying they didn’t had enough people to cover those area. Please they are many hood photography out there. Go on check their work, DONOT blindly believe on insta post of these people. We are literally in pain following them for our paid deliverables. If the management could see this. Reach out to us if you can help us get it. I have paid for album also. After seeing these videos and craps of photos. No refund pf amount. No proper bills because of black money. No proper stable video and audio is disconnected multiple times. Each bit is fragmented and shuffled. No raw footage shared. Worst experience. Spoiled our memories.

  Don’t hire zero gravity

  They have just created a brand name and the current photographers are not so professional or talented. Had spent a couple of lakhs in these people to be just extremely disappointed. Even the album work has no finesse or quality. Please find a individual photographer rather than a brand name. Horrible experience and just spoil my whole wedding photos and experience

  Careful with the Deliverables

  After post events, Clients will be helpless.
  Worst Service while giving deliverables. No Corrections ll be allowed even if ur not finalize the videos. Once Themselves decides the video, That's it, Clients ll be forced to accept everything.

  Worst experience

  Quality of work, event coverages, delivery, communication are worst and not up to the mark for the money that we pay for the service. Moreover, all the amount should be paid in advance which is really a weird thing to do. Before the event, I was thinking to recommend ZeroGravity to my cousins but now after seeing their services, I would never recommend ZeroGravity to anyone. I would rate 2/10. (Gave 2 marks just for the friendly nature of photographers during the event).

  They are looking ONLY MONEY

  My only opinion is don’t book with more advance. If you really want zero Gravity Photography without any expectation you can. But You can’t get your money back at any cost, they will not give your money that much easier. I had a bad experience till this photography director level, Mr. Sathya. In this management, everyone is a cheater. Very worst management. Worst quality video. And one more thing you can get the best photography than zero Gravity with less budget. So pls think about it carefully before making the decision. So pls don't waste your money on this photography

  Zerogravity leaks/sells your private photos for profit.

  ZEROGRAVITY LEAKS/SELLS YOUR PRIVATE PHOTOS FOR PROFIT . It was 2.5 years back and still I am facing the consequences of their actions. They had told me that our provatr pre we'd shoot photos will not be shared on social media. Trusting them was a big mistake. Within few days of the shoot our photos were shared in instagram facebook and it was circulated to other sites as well maybe for their profit after selling them . When I told them to address the issue they casually said that it was not under their control and ppl might have take. Screen shot of the photos and would have circulated. Extremy unethical and money minded company . I sincere hope people don't waste their money on this company for your private photos are never safe with them
