Would not recommend for data recovery/post-service support.
-My HDD crashed, He offered data recovery via 3rd party for ₹54,000 →I paid via UPI on 30 dec 2024.
-1 year later (AFTER HELL LOT OF PERSUATION): no data, no refund despite follow-ups blaming "3rd party". No proof of attempts.
-Filed NCH grievance seeking refund + compensation.
-WOULD NOT RECOMMEND FOR DATA RECOVERY/POST-SERVICE SUPPORT.
