We had a terrible experience with this team. We flew Agra for pre-wedding shoot. Though they did not promise shooting at Taj Mahal, they convinced us with 99 % confidence as they have been doing for many other shoots. Well, they advertise as "Capture your dream destination wedding and pre-wedding moments in Agra with World Through Lens. Expert photographers for timeless shoots at the Taj Mahal”.

Professional shooting at Taj Mahal is legally restricted for commercial purposes without proper licensing. And even with license you can only take pictures and no videos. On the very first day, they failed to inform us of key details and
we were slightly late due to unclear instructions and were charged a Rs 3000 penalty to agree a plan to reach very early next day. But as we were in Agra, same day we then arranged a hotel shoot by paying an additional Rs. 30,000.
The agreed time was 3:30 PM, but their photographer arrived late at 4:30 PM - again without valid ID, causing further delays. The shoot started only by 5 PM, and by then, natural light was fading.

The next day, we arrived at 5:30 AM as scheduled and confirmed multiple times the previous night. However, the assigned person was sleeping and unreachable, and the owner only picked up the phone at 6:45 AM. By the time their team arrived (around 7:30), they were caught by Taj security for shooting without proper permissions, and the entire morning was wasted. No footage was captured at the Taj Mahal.

Just not to spoil our mood, we paid all the money as per contract and asked them to send us video for hotel shoot. The contract mentioned shooting at three locations, but we only managed one. Despite all the issues caused by their team, they demanded another Rs. 3,500 penalties before delivering final video — for a delay on our side the first day, even though they ruined the plan. We were bit upset, but we decided to pay penalty as well just to get video as we spent enough time at hotel. We finally received the video, which was extremely disappointing in quality — worse than what a non-professional could capture on a phone.

I had a very bad experience with this business and cannot recommend them to anyone looking for professional photography services in Agra.
