  Terrible Experience – Completely Unprofessional and Misleading

  We booked this team for our engagement ceremony based on their tall claims and promotional videos. The package was clearly discussed and agreed at ₹28,000, which included a complimentary 1-on-1 photographer and videographer. However, the experience turned out to be a nightmare.
  
  Their work on the day was far below expectations – poorly captured moments, lack of coordination, and no professionalism. We were so disappointed that we decided not to proceed further with them for the wedding. Shockingly, instead of addressing our concerns, they demanded ₹60,000 as the full payment – more than double the agreed amount – despite us clearly opting out due to their subpar performance.
  
  To make matters worse, they have still not shared any data – no photos, no videos, nothing. After repeated follow-ups, they continue to ignore messages and provide no valid explanation. This is not just bad service; it’s outright unethical.
  
  Advise is to stay away from such fraudulent vendors who don’t stand by their word, overcharge clients unfairly, and then vanish without delivering any output.

  Pathetic and Worst experience anyone can have from this freelancers team, they are all just freelancers without any core team.

  They just hire freelancers for shooting editing and everything and would be just taking payments all the time and even data would not be delivered properly, not received my data even after 2 years of my wedding. No photography skills no professionalism no industry standards matched, even roadside photographers can do a better work than these guys.

  Worst service while delivering

  I had very bad experience with video tailor.No one is professional here they just told you will give all the data tomorrow and their tomorrow will never come.There way of talking is completely unprofessional and disappointing.I hire them for my wedding functions in December 2022 but till now they did not complete my work and give us excuse that you delayed in the payment.When I called them then it’s feel like they are our client..I also attached there taunt text in this review..I would suggest everyone to before booked them plz go through every review and make clear them before booking.There delivery is very worst.No one is there to listen you after work.You just following them and keep following them.That’s only you can do.

  VIDEO TAILOR did an amazing job of catching all the important parts of our day. The footage looks so professional and they were really quick to provide clips and edit the final video. I also really enjoy the shout outs and footage they show on IG and social media so frequently, it shows they really card about and connect with clients/friends. The final highlight video was exactly what we were looking for, and I would recommend video tailor to anyone out there in need, wedding or not! Exceptional job VIDEO TAILOR!

  everything is awesome about them

  They communicated clearly via email, and everything on their end was efficient and transparent.They were open, honest, and went above and beyond to create something we are all proud of. Their sharp attention to detail helped them produce high-quality work, they went above and beyond.They came up with a realistic concept that anyone could relate to. Their creative thinking and quality work stand out.We are extremely pleased with the whole experience.

  Wastage of money. Experience is really bad for my pre-wedding shoot. Will not recommend.

  I had a terrible experience with Videotailor.
  
  1. Video tailor has not provide pre-wedding complete data even after so many months even they stopped responding over calls and msgs.
  2. Team was late for the shoot and didn’t took any post sunset pictures not very creative
  3. Generally final payment is done after we receive final videos and edited photos, but here You have to pay the final payment just to get the pictures and 1 video.
  4. Hiring and shooting with them costed us 85k and we didn’t even get any reels and raw footage.
  5. Complaints sent over mails too and requested for help for final delivery but no response from there too.
  6 Its a total money wastage.
  
  I Would not recommend their services. Specially in southern part of india

  Unprofessional & Disappointing Experience with Videotailor

  I had a terrible experience with Videotailor Mr Anil Manchanda
  Mr. Anil threatens, harasses, and disrespects customers, failing to value or treat them properly.
  
  1. Video tailor has not provide pre-wedding complete data even after 9 months.
  2. Team is always late and covers half of functions.
  3. Generally final payment is done after we receive final videos and edited photos, but here You have to make full payment immediately after event before seeing event pics.
  4. If you insist of payment after getting edited video/photo , they will delete your partial or even complete wedding data .
  
  I Would not recommend their services.

  Amazing Candid Wedding photography team

  Overall experience was really nice. One of their Sr. Photographers, Gurpreet handled my account and they did an amazing job capturing candid photos and videos on our wedding events. We loved all their video edits. They are pretty good at creating cinematic videos for weddings and are open to customization and couple's suggestions.
