Our engagement was on 24/02/2024 and our wedding on 17/04/2024. Nearly two years later, Trapeture Weddings has still not delivered all the promised work.

We paid almost ₹2.5 lakhs, and for what it seems—just two photo albums. These albums were delivered only in November last year, and that too after we were forced to file police complaints.

The videos are still pending, with no updates, no timelines, and no accountability. At this point, we do not expect to receive them at all.

Over calls, instead of resolving the issue, the vendor threatened us—saying that if we filed a police complaint, he would leave the country, that he has political connections, and that he doesn’t care if we post negative reviews. Completely unprofessional and intimidating behavior.

For months, he kept citing personal life issues as excuses for not delivering the videos. We, like fools, trusted his words and gave him time, believing he would eventually do the right thing. That trust was clearly misplaced.

This entire experience has been mentally exhausting and has completely ruined what should have been priceless memories. Lies, excuses, threats, and zero responsibility.

Liars.

We organised our pre wedding in Kashmir valley. The photographers were good people. They were patient and accommodative. But once the shoot was over, Aarush stopped responding and the pre-wedding video teaser and short film delayed. Only book if you have a lots of time to call him and followup and your wedding is at-least 6 months away.

Found him after reaching popular websites like instagram, weddingwire and wedmegood and friend recommendations. The guys didn't deliver after taking our money. I regret to have given him advance money. Waiting for more than 1 year for my stuff, have multiple police cases pending on him and brags about them. The things went so bad that he stopped receiving calls. Too late now, threatened to give botched work if hurried after 1 year! Please beaware before hiring
