I can’t give anything below 1 star, otherwise I would have given zero without hesitation.

It has been MORE THAN a YEAR since my event, and I still have not received my video. The most shocking part is how drastically their behavior changes once they have your money. Before the shoot, the owner was extremely responsive, answering every call, replying instantly, and making endless promises just to secure the booking. Once the event was done, it became a completely different story.

After the shoot, my calls started getting ignored, messages were barely answered, and whenever they did respond, it was only to give bundles of excuses and another fake deadline that was never met. Every follow-up has been a waste of time. It has been excuse after excuse, delay after delay, with absolutely no professionalism or accountability.

This has easily been one of the worst service experiences I have ever had. They are very skilled at talking politely and convincing customers, but when it comes to honoring commitments and delivering work, they completely fail.

Your event memories are precious, and trusting them with mine was a huge mistake, they will hold your memories hostage forever. If you want someone who is good at taking payments, making promises, and disappearing afterward, then hire them. Otherwise, "AVOID" this photographer completely and save yourself the anger, frustration, and regret I’ve had to deal with for over a year.
