TLDR: - Missed capturing important moments - Very arrogant person to deal with - Delays and suboptimal work - Terrible customer service. I got married in may 2023, and we had functions over 2 days (morning / evening). We opted for a package which includes cinematic video of 60 min. They created a video of 49 min for 4 functions.. and when questioned why 49, not 60, he said there wasn’t enough content.. It didn’t make any sense as we had enough content to be shot over the 4 functions - haldi, engagement, sangeet, pooja, shaadi. He didn’t provide footage of the sangeet performances, even in raw videos, as one would expect. Every deliverable from him was very slow, even after 4.5 months after the wedding, i am still here negotiating with him to add content to the video. Bharat, particularly is very unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor, and hire another company. You do not want to deal with your important memories in this haphazard manner and such people.

They seriously take too long to reply, it is going to be my 6 months anniversary and I have still not received my photographs.

Excellent detailing of elements, creativity and amazing play with lights. Smallest details are taken in consideration. Great value for money. I had used this service couple of times and had always loved it.
