  Worst Photographer, Stay Away!

  We recently had the unfortunate experience of hiring them to turn what should have been a joyous occasion into a nightmare. They have complete lack of professionalism, poor customer care, worst video editing skills, and failure to deliver what was requested left me deeply disappointed and frustrated.
  Don’t go by their instagram posts, they have one of the worst customer support team. Its been 5 months to our wedding, we still haven’t got our videos edited from them. When you try to reach out to them for edits, their team is so rude to you for asking them to make edits. Their customer care was worst, with communication being a constant struggle. The video editing was far below the standards we expected. To make matters worse, their team displayed rude and unprofessional behavior throughout our interactions. Perhaps the most frustrating aspect was the failure to deliver teaser and video. Despite clearly articulating our preferences and providing a detailed editing list, they seemed to ignore our requests entirely.
  Overall, I cannot express enough how disappointed I am with them. Their lack of professionalism, disregard for customer care, poor video editing skills, rude behavior, and failure to adhere to our requests made this experience one that I would not wish upon anyone. I strongly advise anyone considering hiring this photographer to look elsewhere for a professional who can understand and respect the importance of capturing the memories of your special day.

  All we have is regret!

  We have had a really bad experience working with Studio Memory Lane Ludhiana. It has been over two months and we don't have any of the videos available to us! I mean you get to a point where you lose the wedding excitement and are tired of telling everyone how long the photographers are taking. Trust me, you don't want to get to that point. The only thing they have focussed on (on the calls we have had) is money. We gave them 90% of their fee before we got anything and before the wedding. However, we decided to hold the remaining 10% to get the final product, and I am glad we did! Here are some of the many reasons, I WILL not recommend that you go with them -
  
  a) It takes them forever to prepare anything. I highly doubt they put in efforts to turn something. They just delay things. In their contract, they said we would have everything WITHIN a month, and it has been over 2 months.
  b) The quality of photos and the teaser they prepared (draft which none of us liked) isn't just professional. Period. We have lighting equipments shown in many many photos. Some of the photos are tilted. The teaser they prepared had absolutely no flow to it. The music changes and the videos had no order or sequence and were absolutely all over the place. Happy to put draft photos in the comments if anyone wants to see them.
  c) Everytime we talk to them asking for the final product, they start with how it's prepared and we should now transfer the remaining 10% of the fee. However, we insist we want to see the final product, which we still haven't received. I only wish we withheld more than 10% of the fee. PLEASE DON'T PAY THEM in full even though they would keep insisting you do.
  d) They told us that they would be using drones and stuff. We haven't seen one video or photo in which drones were used.
  
  All in all, I would highly recommend that you use someone else for your event! Happy to substantiate everything I sent and put photos and screenshots to prove everything.

  Is was great to have them

  
  The photography for our wedding day was one of the most important aspects for me and my husband and we spent many days looking for someone who had the same ideas and passion as us. From the moment we met studio memory lane. we knew we had found the perfect photographer whose talent was far beyond any others we had seen. Every picture was stunning and creative and fit the brief of what we were looking for exactly, they were great to work with and we have the most wonderful set of photos to look back on in years to come. I couldn’t fault studio memory lane at all and am so, so glad we found them.

  Great Experience! The photographers were amazing! They made great suggestions and were easy to communicate with. It was more like working with friends than total strangers.   Quality work with minimum amount

  Great Experience! The photographers were amazing! They made great suggestions and were easy to communicate with. It was more like working with friends than total strangers. My photos turned out beautiful and I like that the company almost always has some sort of coupon you can use.

  NOT RECOMMENDED AS A PHOTOGRAPHER WHO ONLY RUN AFTER MONEY
  Very unprofessional and unethical..Run after money company don’t trust on these photographers and don’t waste your valuable time ...
  Any reputed company never create two three account on google just to hide the truth these kind of unprofessional Organisations still exists.Also if you check there facebook page so many complaints registered in the review section..... even though they don’t have there own office in chandigarh now do not trust these outsiders...there are so many other reputed wedding photographers in Chandigarh contact them don’t decide on behalf of Instagram account...Me as a Photographer/ media person warn all the citizens specially those from Tricity never recommend those work how only run after money...
  At the end when they know they did wrong with the client they just say only five words

  Everything was Good

  The photographer was the studio memory Lane in Ludhiana which we booked and they captured each and every function of the wedding and they were professional and provided everything in time the photos, albums, and short videos also. The pre-wedding pictures were a little delayed otherwise it was all okay.
