biggest disappointments of our wedding.
It has been three years since our wedding, and we are still waiting for our wedding video. Despite countless follow-ups, calls, and messages, there has been no proper response or resolution.
Our wedding album was delivered almost a year after the wedding, and even that seemed to have been made in a rush. The quality was extremely poor, with several mistakes and an overall finish that was far below our expectations. We had to get the album remade, and even the revised version is still not up to the mark.
Before booking, they made big promises about quality, professionalism, and timely delivery. However, once the event was over, it became nearly impossible to reach them. They would either not answer calls or keep giving excuses and false assurances without delivering what was promised.
A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and the memories deserve to be preserved with care and professionalism. Instead, we have spent the last three years chasing them for work that should have been completed long ago.
I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to think twice. If you value your time, money, and precious memories, choose a photographer who is reliable, communicates honestly, and delivers on their commitments
A disastrous experience
The biggest issue? The photographer never attended any of our calls or responded to our messages—despite the fact that we had paid in full for their services. When we finally received our wedding video after two years of waiting, it was nothing short of heartbreaking. The quality was appalling, with cheap filters that made our beautiful day look worse. The video looked like it had been edited with no thought or care, and the filters were so overdone that the true beauty of the moments was completely lost.
I strongly urge anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. You deserve better than this.
