  Pathetic service

  I had a very disappointing experience with Prince Saluja. I had paid him an advance for my baby’s birthday, but the work delivered was extremely unprofessional and of intern-level quality. Due to poor coordination and lack of professionalism from both him and his team, I decided to discontinue and requested a refund, which he completely refused to cooperate on. His behavior throughout the process was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend his services to anyone

  Terrible experience with Prince, ILL Mannered and Fraud

  Terrible experience with Prince Saluja. Took advance payment but couldn’t even create a simple birthday invite — work looked amateur. Kept making excuses about not affording a ₹1500 Canva subscription and asked us to buy it instead. My wife spent 3 nights explaining details, but he failed to deliver. Refused refund or even a partial one. We had to hire another photographer who did everything smoothly. Also denied signing any written commitment, saying “no one does it in our industry.” Beware — other reviews seem to reflect the same experience.

  Highly immature.. unprofessional...and unpunctual.He is not a man of his words.Earlier agree on video and pictures....when came to the event ...said your event was not worth videography...and denied when asked for video.he did not asked anyone in the event to pose or anything related to video.After knowing about online review he calls and says 3500 is the charge .earlier the deal was about 2500.Did not send all the pics ...ruined the function of my son's first party.All the pics were unedited.Does not know how to talk to clients.Poor service!!

  Highly unprofessional...

  Highly unprofessional...late at the event...did not click the pictures properly.... inadequate lights in the picture....deal done of video ..teaser and photos...after payment denied the video and teaser...did not inform about the right content of video....did not ask a single guest to pose...main guy was busy on phone... assistant i dont know what was doing...screaming 2200 2200...as if he didnt agree about payment earlier....after the complaint and argument ....left and sent all the pics without editing..the same night.i advise everyone not to hire him at all.ruined the evening.after spending thousands on decoration on my son`s first birthday party...there is not a single picture of cake,welcome flax card,banner and hanging portraits!i have what`s app conversation about which camera he will use for photos and videos and he confirmed s24 . afterwards he denied that there is not enough content for video...then who is photographer?such shameless and disgusting photographer...learn some professionlism Mr.Saluja!

  Worst and Fraud

  The person is fraud. He has done my haldi mehendi work. He did share all raw data and took entire amount. Bt when he shared us video we asked to get color contrast correct. He said he is busy in his wedding and will get it done soon. We even asked some editing in haldi and mehandi . He kept delaying. Now he has stoped picking up calls. On top of it he has stolen data from my hard drive which i gave him to share my data. He copied our pre-wedding shoot and edited on his name. Copying personal data from other's hard drive is crime. Please don't trust this person

  The experience was outstanding and definitely met my expectations.

  It was an outstanding work! Would recommend everyone who's looking for excellent quality of pictures in order to capture precious memories!
