  Worst experience

  I had booked Pixera Photography for my wedding on 20th April 2025. They did a good job of clicking the pictures and capturing the videos, but it’s been 9 months, we haven’t gotten the output delivered yet. I have been chasing them since a long time, they don’t respond to the calls and messages at all. After a lot of chasing, we got the albums last month in December, but now they have our SSD with them for delivering the raw photos, raw videos and the edited final videos. I have been calling them continuously every day and once in two weeks, they reply saying that the SSD will be delivered by next week, and I don’t get any response. They have taken the complete payment in September 2025 itself and today is 29th Jan, 2026, but not output delivered to us. We have had the worst experience with these photographers. Hope this review helps others make the right choice of not booking them.
