Magic Motion Media is not a wedding photography company. It is a group of elite magicians performing a trick called “What if we took your money and gave you trauma instead of memories?”

The magic began early: they missed the flight we paid for, the day before our wedding, and offered no real explanation. We had booked them hotel rooms as well, but we guess empty rooms on our expense were part of their artistic process.

Months later, curious to know why the footage still hadn’t arrived, they bravely blamed it on — wait for it — “Kerala rain.” Apparently, predictable weather is now a career-ending event for India’s finest cinematographers.

Co-founder Rojan intelligently informed us the delay was only 54 days past the contract instead of 67 days. Ah yes, thank you, Rojan. Nothing says customer service like proudly saying it could have been even worse.

Meanwhile, Rueben, the founding ghost, sat quietly polishing his “World’s 50 Best” participation trophy like a proud captain watching his ship sink in flames. We can only assume the award - possibly powered by the tears of past clients - bestows the power to deflect the shame of running a team that struggles to export a 60-second reel without collapsing into chaos.

The rest of the team moved like decaying zombies toward every deadline - slow, confused, unable to speak, and mostly interested in devouring what little brainpower remained.

After the final act - beautifully curated stretches of silence (a creative choice, no doubt) - Our footage finally arrived long after the emotional relevance had expired. It might as well have come in a time capsule labeled “memories we ruined.”

The only thing magical about this company is how fast their accountability vanishes after getting paid.

We had our wedding happening during the peak COVID , and when every other team wasn’t able to make it ! We had magic motion media come in place ! They have taken less than a week to plan every single details for us ! We had one of the best experience getting them on board ! And coming to the shoot ! Their energy levels are just beyond incredible! Trust me no matter how long it takes ! They are no where close to saying that they are tiered ! And they are so friendly to everyone in-fact they helped us at the wedding just like how our family members would do !

They’re very slow and unprofessional. Specially Jacob. Gave him inputs of what and who is important in the wedding, he followed, listened and took photos accordingly. But when we received the soft copy , BAMM - not a single picture in the hard drive. ( I guess he forgot to remove the cap from the lens)
Also the team got tipsy on one of the Nights, and they put everything on the grooms tab.
A lot of emotions are put in a weddings and you can misuse your services. Completely Unsatisfied. Bunch of Faggots fooling around.

They looked good online but execution is poor. Editing work not good. Communication is the worst part. You will have to keep following up several times to get your work done. They will delay the work time and time again. Output is not satisfactory at all. Definitely not recommended to anybody. Not worth it.

They are the best team anyone can ever get! Worth the price and the best quality pictures u will get.
