    unlimite Unprofessional

    They are just buttering people, and I realized this after making them the first payment instalment. After that, they would behave like labour who give you multiple excuses but don't complete the work and same thing I called them to their face but it doesn't bother them as they have your neck after booking or shoot that you can't go anywhere and that's you celebration and they are like Devil of celebration

    Pathetic service

    Pathetic service by gracini studios...these 2 Brothers gurpreet and gursheer...will stay in touch with you...whenever they want payment....after the full payment...you will keep on calling them for your deliverables...but they won't reply you...if I hand an option of giving zero star then I would have given that...please don't waste your money by booking them

    Superb photography

    The photographer was very professional and very versatile. The photo were clicked very nicely and the quality of the photos was also top notch. The delivery of the photos was on time. Great experience with them.

    Disappointed with the services

    The experience was very disappointing. The pictures clicked were not of good resolution. They couldn't capture one single family photo. If your work is not delivered as expected, it ruins the entire experience.

    It was good

    Photographer was good. We had our prewedding, traditional video and candid photography is done. they did a good job. Delivery was little delayed

    Worst experience of life, 11 months still the video is not delivered

    Worst experience of my life. It's been 11 months since my wedding and I haven't received the video.
    They are not responsive, they lack in professionalism, their editors keep changing.
