I’m unfortunately a groom that has had the severe displeasure of working with this group of photographers.

While their content/photos might be good, I would like to highlight the following out of a a VERY painful experience, one that I would never ever like to re-live:

1) This group doesn’t respect any timelines whatsoever. Despite repeatedly following up, and being promised delivery (of various deliverables) - not a single deliverable has been delivered on time without practically having to beg for it.

2) There have been excuses such as “editor is getting married” or “xyz is in the hospital”… the usual stuff.

3) Calls/texts from the primary person dealing with them have been repeatedly ignored, but when family members/others have contacted them at the same time (with unknown numbers), they’ve conveniently been picked up/responded to.

4) It’s been 8.5 months since our wedding (Dec to now), and we’ve still not received a good chunk of deliverables (minor changes to traditional video and album).

5) In a response to a negative review above highlighting this experience, the response has included blatant lies/blame - there was no conversation regarding a recommendation for additional photographers. The response even personally attacks a client.

6) More shockingly, in the same response above, this group has publicly posted links to a private events’ google drive folder with confidential pictures WITHOUT CONSENT. This highlights their professionalism. Criticize them rightly for having a torturous experience, and have your private pictures for the entire world to see. Great, right?

7) This company doesn’t even have a posted office address, so if they go unresponsive like we’ve unfortunately found them to go multiple times, good luck trying to reach out to them to get your deliverables despite paying for it.

Please stay away from this group, and have a great wedding (and peace of mind) with another photographer!

I strongly advise against considering this team without caution. They have a track record of consistently missing deadlines, becoming unresponsive after upfront payment, and displaying unprofessional behavior. Their photography and video qualities are not like professionals, especially when compared to local alternatives. Given the significance of events like weddings, I would recommend avoiding this team. Unfortunately, my friends' experiences have already been negatively impacted by their services.

Most unprofessional team I have ever come across. Even after 9 months of the wedding I did not receive the deliverables. Payment was done upfront but nothing was delivered to us even after several follow ups. Even now I do not have the printed albums and its been more than 9 months now I have just received the soft copy. They give multiple reasons for the delay do not have the courtesy to even answer your phone calls. Do not book this photographer and suffer like I did. Do not ruin the best day of your life dealing with this team.
They do not click pictures of the guests or the important family members. They do not know how to handle an event. The editing is below quality and the videos are not at all what you would expect it to be like. It is a major disappointment after waiting for 9 months.

Horrible service! Wedding was on Nov 3rd and we have nothing till now. Firstly, they deleted everything without even delivering a simple video and kept pushing for months saying it will be done in a week. It’s July now and we have no proper videos from our wedding. We had asked everything to be added to a hd and given to us (raw) since we were traveling to USA after the wedding. Then he took this hd to work on and return it in a week( this was two months back). Now no one is picking our calls or responding since a month. We are frustrated and only option is to proceed legally. So please save time and money don’t hire them to just spoil your special memory for you.

They covered all my wedding functions and engagement also. we really liked the work. They also did candid shoots and trailers and teasers also, They delivered Raw pictures. and very soon they delivered all the final pictures and videos. They are very professional.
