I rarely leave negative reviews, but after waiting more than 7 months for my wedding deliverables, I feel other couples deserve to know about my experience.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise couples to think very carefully before booking this photographer. If you don’t want to spend months chasing your wedding memories after your wedding is over, look elsewhere.

We booked this photographer for our wedding on 3rd, 4th, and 5th December. At the time of booking, we were promised timely delivery of the raw footage, edited photos, reels, and cinematic videos.

Unfortunately, the experience after payment has been extremely disappointing.

* Even after paying approximately 70% of the agreed amount, the promised raw footage was not provided on time.
* We had to make hundreds of follow-up calls and messages over several months just to receive partial raw data.
* Even today, we are still waiting for the complete raw footage from all cameras.
* Reels were delivered months later and only in bits and pieces. The initial edits were of very poor quality, resembling simple photo slideshows rather than professionally edited wedding reels. Multiple revisions had to be requested just to make them acceptable.
* Several cinematic videos are still pending, and the few that were delivered were far below the quality that was promised.
* Many photos and deliverables remain pending despite repeated assurances.

The most frustrating part has been the communication. For the last seven months, almost every follow-up has been met with the same response: “Give me 2 days.” Unfortunately, those two days have never materialized into complete delivery.

A wedding is one of the most important moments in a person’s life. These memories cannot be recreated, and timely, professional delivery is an essential part of the service—not an optional extra.

My wedding memories have been overshadowed by months of stress, frustration, and constant follow-ups. I sincerely hope no other couple has to go through the same experience.
