​I am writing this to share my honest experience with Eyeshade Photography regarding my pre-wedding shoot. While I want to be respectful, I also need to be truthful about the service I received.

​The communication was great before and immediately after booking, but once the shoot was over and the full payment was made, the "real story" began.

​My main concerns:
​Failed Deliverables: The requirements we discussed were completely ignored. What we received was nothing like what we asked for.

​Poor Technical Quality: The photography was very disappointing. There was no proper light adjustment or camera settings, resulting in photos that were extremely dark.

​Amateur Editing: The video editing was very basic—the kind anyone could do. Random clips were attached together without any flow or matching frames, just for the sake of delivery.

​Unresponsive Post-Shoot: Once they had our money, they were "least bothered" to update us or stick to the committed timeline.

​Lack of Accountability: When we raised these issues, instead of rectifying them, they argued that their work was correct.

​A note to the team: I understand that everyone starts as a fresher—we all did in our respective fields. However, when we were freshers, we accepted our mistakes and worked hard to deliver what the customer expected. It is not about your personal satisfaction with the work; it is about customer satisfaction.

​I trusted this team blindly without checking their portfolio, and it was a major mistake. I feel deeply let down by the lack of commitment and the final output. Save your money and memories—look elsewhere.

The photos are stunning . We highly recommend this photographer for any event, they are truly talented and a pleasure to work with. From the initial consultation to the final delivery, the photographer was professional, creative, and responsive. Great work from the team which made our special day more special.
