** Please read this before hiring Eternal Weddings**

We hired this photographer on Dec 17 for our wedding. Initially it all went on smoothly, Akshata is a sweet talker and was able to give us a good deal for our entire 3 day event. Once we finalized the payment and the terms, I remember, me and my wife got 10 calls in one day to immediately transfer 70% of the amount. We found the incessant calls weird but still went ahead with it thinking that they would need the money to book their team and hence paid them the next day.

And that is when it all went downhill. We didn't realise what they had done during the event days as the 2 of us and most of our family members were busy with the rituals and attending guests. But we got the biggest shock of our lives once the initial cut of the pics was received. Akshay and his team DID NOT COVER PARTS OF OUR EVENTS! He and his team had already packed up their bags and LEFT BEFORE THE BIDAAI. No shots were taken of the Varmala ceremony. No interviews or bytes were taken from us or anyone for our cinematic video. Add to that the poor and blurred quality of some of the pictures. Yes, I admit some pics were good but even my 10year old nephew can get 10 good pics from 1000.
But what is completely unacceptable is leaving our portions from the function, despite paying a bomb and hiring their entire team of 2 cinematographers and 2 candid photographers. A wedding is a special moment in a person's life. You can't have a retake and if the photographer misses that, your precious moments are lost forever.

We thought our ordeal may be over after this but we were unaware and made to pay an even greater price for hiring these guys. Once their Sub-standard pics were delivered, they started blackmailing us for the balance amount failing which they will not give us any of our videos (edited or raw). This is despite the balance amount was supposed to be paid once all the deliverables are submitted. I'm glad we didn't pay them the entire amount. It's been more than 5 months now and we still haven't received our videos. They are trying to pass of shabbily edited videos just to ensure they demand their money.

Would've been better if we would've gone for someone else even if we had to pay a higher amount.
