On December 30, we will be celebrating our first anniversary. Based on the last communication on November 23, 2025, Divyanshu promised that the album would be delivered within 3–4 days, and that the pending Instagram reel and highlight video would be looked into after November 30 ,despite the fact that these were first discussed in early July and were originally meant to be completed by August.
I will continue to update this group on the progress as there are people emailing me individually on the case. In this whole experience of one year, I basically forget I'm the client who paid, everything works only on Dazzling Shots availability. After endless follow-ups and reminders, I’m exhausted and just going with their pattern now. But well in the end, all I can say is this: karma has a way of returning everything you put out into the world -good or bad. And it never misses its address.

Even after 80% payment upfront, they do not show professionalism.

After numerous follow up they have failed to provide complete work after 2 hrs.

We had an interstate wedding and hired this company to handle key parts of our ceremonies, including live streaming of our church ceremony. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and distressing.
Their first task was to live broadcast our Church wedding. To our shock, the live stream abruptly stopped after just 30 minutes, with no communication, no explanation, and no apology. When we followed up, the company representative, Divyanshu, responded rudely and unprofessionally, claiming someone had “thrown away the Wi-Fi cable” — an excuse that not only lacks credibility but also reflects their complete lack of preparedness and responsibility.

Even during the shoots, especially during my solo segments, I felt extremely uncomfortable working with their team. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior, particularly during such a personal and emotional event.

Even after that incident, we remained patient, trusting they would deliver the remaining promised content. However, months have passed, and aside from a few raw photos, we have received none of the deliverables we paid for. Every time we follow up, they either ignore us or act like they don’t remember any of the promises made and keep missing the delivery dates.
To make matters worse, Divyanshu has at times claimed that our data was deleted — a deeply troubling admission.

We are now completely exhausted and have lost all faith in this company. Their conduct has been unethical, unprofessional, and emotionally damaging. We are pursuing legal action with others who went through the similar experience and urge anyone who has faced a similar situation to come forward and contact us at adheenajoshy2024@gmail.com

I want to warn everyone about my negative experience with Divyanshu, Harsh, and their team. Based on my interactions, I strongly believe they have engaged in unethical practices and have not delivered on their commitments. Unfortunately, I am not the only one – several others have shared similar experiences of unprofessional behavior and false promises.

I have already filed a case against them, and if you have also been affected, please reach out to me at vivekk480@gmail.com with any proof you have (call records, chat history, receipts, etc.). Together, we can take the necessary legal action to hold them accountable.

I will also be gathering more information about their business locations in Patna and Delhi and will update this post accordingly. My goal is to ensure that no one else falls victim to such misconduct.
