After completing his Diploma from SAE, New Delhi, he started his career as a video editor and has worked for channels such as Sahara One, Zee TV and NDTV. He has also worked for numerous production houses that include Lords Video, Ank Films, GMT Music, Riverbank Studios and Pulse Media. Some of the projects that Amit Setia has been a part of IPL Season 3, Aap Ki Kachehri, Glory to God, Mehfil-e-Ghazal and Freak Fighters.
