Don’t trust them, mainly sriram , we are given work to them a year but still no response from them

our experience with ChaiyaChitram turned that dream into months of stress, frustration, and helplessness.

When our engagement and wedding were fixed, my sister carefully researched multiple photography pages on Instagram. Based on the reviews and online presence, we decided to meet the ChaiyaChitram team. Everything seemed convincing initially, and we trusted them with one of the most important responsibilities of our wedding. We ended up paying almost 90% of the total amount, as the photographer constantly pressured us to make payments after every event—engagement, pre-wedding, and wedding.

It has now been over 9 months, and we have received absolutely nothing except raw photos on a hard disk—and even that came only after repeated follow-ups. No edited photos, no wedding video, no pre-wedding video—nothing that was promised.

For the past 9 months, we have been following up every single week. The photographer often goes unreachable for days. Calls are either ignored or answered with a casual text saying, “I’ll call you in the evening”—a call that never happens. Every time we manage to reach him, he comes up with new excuses and stories.

We even tried visiting the office address mentioned on his page, only to realize that the office does not exist at all. At that point, we truly felt cheated and helpless.

Despite our tight schedules before the wedding, we completed our pre-wedding shoot on time, hoping the pre-wedding video would be delivered. That never happened. Today, we strongly believe that most of the positive reviews on his page are from friends and family, not genuine clients.

For a middle-class family, spending more than ₹2 lakhs and receiving nothing in return is not just disappointing—it is devastating. Beyond the financial loss, the reckless attitude, lack of accountability, and complete absence of professionalism have caused us immense mental stress.

Our repeated, polite follow-ups over 9 months were met with silence, false promises, and avoidance. This person shows zero work ethics, zero responsibility, and zero respect for clients’ emotions.

Our honest and heartfelt advice: Never choose ChaiyaChitram.He will give you nothing but trauma, frustration, and a feeling of being cheated during what should be the happiest phase of your life.

We are sharing this review so that no other couple has to go through what we did. Please be cautious and choose wisely.

I am writing this review to warn everyone, especially couples who are planning their wedding or any other events in Guntur. Please read this carefully so you don’t make the same mistake we did. This photographer and his team are complete cheats. We have been cheated by them, and we don’t want the same thing to happen to you.

Our wedding, engagement and all other functions happened almost 9 months ago. Till today, 27 December 2025, we have got nothing from him except some raw photos thrown on a hard disk after chasing him for months. No edited photos, no album, no video – nothing.

Let me tell you step by step how he traps people so you can stay safe.

In the beginning, he acts very nice and professional. As soon as you message or call, he replies very fast. If you call him once, he will come to your house the very next day with samples and start talking about money, agreement, schedule, etc. But the truth is – he has no proper office. The address he shows on his page is totally fake. We went there ourselves to check, recently and there was nothing – no office, no signboard, nothing.

His contract is made only to cheat you. He asks for 95% of the full money before or on the wedding day itself. Only 5% is left for after delivery. Before every small function (like engagement), he will push you to pay more and more. By the time your wedding day comes, he takes almost all the money. After that, he has no reason to work for you.

In the starting days, he will quickly give you one good video of your engagement or some other event. It looks very nice, so you feel happy and trust him. At that time only, he will send links of his review pages and sweetly ask you to give 5-star ratings. We also did that because the first video was good. But that is his trick – to get good reviews early and show to new customers.

After the wedding is over, the real problem starts. He stops picking calls. He stops replying to messages. If somehow you reach him after trying many times, he makes one excuse after another – “work is going on”, “team is busy”, “little delay” – every time a new story. We called him almost every week, sent messages, kept following up, but nothing happened. After months of running behind him, he finally gave only raw photos. That too, not properly – just dumped everything. His plan is simple: take full money, give raw files after long delay so people get tired and stop asking for the rest.

Even now, after 9 months, we have received nothing else – no proper edited photos, no wedding album, no highlight video, nothing that he promised. We gave him so many chances, but he has no shame, no work ethics, nothing.

The worst part – half the photos you see on his page are actually from our wedding and functions! He is using our pictures to get new customers, but he has not given us anything in return. This is too much cheating.
I know he might reply to this review saying I am his competitor or fake person. But I am a real customer. Our photos are right there on his page – anyone can see.
He has other pages also with names like “SRB Photography” and more. He might delete this page one day and open a new one to cheat more people.

If you want to spoil your wedding memories and suffer pain and tension after the wedding, then only choose him.
Otherwise, please stay far away. Check everything properly – ask for real office address, meet at proper place, don’t pay full money before getting everything, and see recent reviews carefully.

Your wedding is once in a lifetime. Don’t let this cheat person ruin it like he ruined ours. Please be careful

Worst and most agonizing experience. Engaged them for my daughter's wedding. They delivered decent output for engagement and pre wed shoot. But since then it's more than 3 months now , iam chasing them like mad to get the photographs. Most embarrassing is that they won't respond to calls and dont have any own office to contact. Sincere advise is to keep away from these guys and wish me good luck.
