  Huge talks, No Show!

  One of the worst decisions we made for our wedding. Absolutely unprofessional and disappointing.
  Initially, they were extremely responsive and convincing. But the moment they received the payment, their attitude and communication completely changed. Replies became difficult to get, our messages were ignored, and getting even basic updates felt like a struggle.
  
  We gave them clear instructions multiple times, yet they repeatedly failed to follow them. But the biggest and most heartbreaking issue was their complete failure to properly store our data, resulting in our Haldi data being deleted. These are irreplaceable wedding memories, and losing them because of someone’s negligence is simply unacceptable.
  
  And instead of taking responsibility and handling our concerns professionally, we were met with rude and disrespectful behaviour. The audacity to speak to paying clients that way after failing to deliver what was clearly instructed was honestly shocking.
  
  Photography is not just about taking pictures — it is about safeguarding memories that can never be recreated. If you cannot trust a photographer to communicate properly, follow instructions, protect your data, and treat clients respectfully, then what exactly are you paying for?
  
  Think twice before booking them. Do not be fooled by how responsive they are in the beginning. Our experience after making the payment was completely different.
  
  Would we recommend them? Absolutely not. Based on our experience, we would strongly suggest looking elsewhere and, at the very least, confirming their backup and data-storage process in writing before trusting them with your wedding memories.

  A Perfect Experience with Arrtflix – Memories Captured Beautifully!
