Do not hire!!!

I hired AOne Wed Day Films for my wedding events held from 16th December to 18th December 2023. During the onboarding phase, the team was extremely warm, responsive, and reassuring. They made us feel comfortable and confident, almost like family. Unfortunately, the experience deteriorated completely once the wedding events concluded.

One of the most important and emotional moments of our wedding—a full family performance that we had practiced extensively—was entirely lost by their team. This was a core family memory involving everyone, and the entire video footage of this event is missing. For a professional wedding photography and videography company, this is a serious and unacceptable failure.

In addition, several crucial wedding moments were never properly captured, including essential rituals such as the pheras and vows. These are sacred, once-in-a-lifetime moments, and not having proper video coverage of them is deeply distressing.

Even the edited videos that were delivered are of poor quality, and to make matters worse, my name was misspelled in the final edits, clearly indicating a lack of quality checks and attention to detail.

Despite nearly two years of constant follow-ups, my deliverables are still incomplete to date. I have not received videos for all wedding functions, and I received a physical album only very recently—and only after repeatedly sharing my delivery address multiple times with no clear acknowledgment or tracking.

A major ongoing issue has been extreme staff turnover. Every time I started working with a team member to select photos, I was later informed that the staff member had left the company, and I was asked to re-select the pictures again from scratch. This has happened multiple times over the past two years, causing enormous frustration, wasted time, and emotional exhaustion.

There is no dedicated account manager or continuity in communication. Clients are expected to follow up repeatedly, explain their situation again and again, and chase updates. Their communication skills are very poor, with delayed responses, missed messages, and long periods of silence unless aggressively followed up.

Raj, who handled onboarding, and Akash, the main videographer and editor, are also the owners of the company. Despite this, accountability dropped drastically once the wedding was over. While Akash’s editing has a few good moments, the overall output and experience are below average and absolutely not worth the stress, delays, or emotional toll.

What is particularly disappointing is that they were quick to take my Instagram review during the wedding, which helped them gain visibility and attract more clients. However, the same urgency and professionalism were never shown when it came to delivering my wedding memories.

I remained patient, polite, and cooperative for almost two years, shared screenshots, followed up countless times, and gave the team every opportunity to resolve these issues. Unfortunately, nothing meaningful changed.

⚠️ Final Verdict:

A wedding is a once-in-a-lifetime event, and photos and videos are the only lasting proof of those moments. Losing footage, missing sacred rituals, poor-quality edits, constant staff changes, repeated re-selection of photos, incomplete deliverables, and extremely poor communication can leave you with lifelong regret.

Due to lost content, missing crucial moments, poor editing quality, high staff turnover, lack of accountability, and unprofessional communication, I strongly do not recommend AOne Wed Day Films for weddings. The risk to your memories is simply too high.

Got reference from one of my relative and believe me i couldn't be more happier by making this decision. the best photographer you can say for making your D Day special.

Talking about Dhanwan and his team, He is the most polite, well Mannered and decent, i have ever seen. His patience level is👌. Even After vidai continuous shoot i asked them to take some more pics (girls nvr get satisfied 😜)and was so surprised they didn't hesitate and politely said yeah sure 🤘🤘.
You should definitely go for A Ine Wed Day if you want to make some good memories of your special day. 💟💟
