I have been working with Local Turn On for the last 3 years in the capacity of overall Events Coordinator and from understanding the client requirements to suggestions, fine-tuning, ensuring that the client deliverables are matched to the fullest extent possible, I then make the event a success. My team holds the event to perfection so that the client can enjoy rather than micro-manage the happenings. I also do a follow up internally and the learnings then are used for the subsequent events.
We also provide feedback to our artists, partners and staff based on client inputs so that the sense of ownership and responsibility runs into the organization.
