I have been working with Local Turn On for the last 3 years in the capacity of overall Events Coordinator and from understanding the client requirements to suggestions, fine-tuning, ensuring that the client deliverables are matched to the fullest extent possible, I then make the event a success. My team holds the event to perfection so that the client can enjoy rather than micro-manage the happenings. I also do a follow up internally and the learnings then are used for the subsequent events.
