  Worst Experience- Ruined our Wedding

  Recently, my brother’s wedding was hosted at Kantam Farm, and unfortunately our experience was extremely disappointing and stressful.
  
  At the time of booking, the owner Ms. Pooja made several commitments, but later conveniently denied or “forgot” whatever was discussed. Initially, we were clearly told that they do not take any booking one day prior to a function. However, when only 15 days were left for our wedding, she suddenly created chaos by saying she was taking another booking one day prior and would not be able to provide us the rooms.
  
  Our function was scheduled to start around 10 AM, and she said rooms would be available only by 8 AM, which was practically impossible for wedding arrangements. When concerns were raised, her response was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying “it’s not my problem.”
  
  When we asked about the cost of this supposed prior booking—so that we could pay and settle one night earlier—her tone immediately changed, clearly indicating that this situation was being created only to extract more money from us. It later became evident that there was no such booking, only pressure tactics.
  
  There was also no clarity or accountability regarding rooms. Initially, we had clearly discussed 12 rooms, but later she stated that we had spoken about only 11 rooms. Additionally, one of our guests directly contacted her to enquire about booking a room, and without even checking availability, she told them they could attend the function and get a room at the venue, which created further confusion and inconvenience.
  
  The event management team she introduced us to was highly unprofessional. Due to lack of coordination, mismanagement, no accountability, and poor execution, our entire wedding experience was negatively impacted.
  
  The stay conditions were equally poor:
  • There were power trips on the day we checked in
  • Geysers in multiple rooms were not working
  • The owner’s response was that it was a technical equipment fault and that she cannot take accountability
  • Washrooms were smelly and unhygienic
  • Blankets provided were thin Jaipuri blankets, completely inadequate for winter nights
  • The induction stove provided was dirty
  • Caretakers were drunk during our stay
  • Dogs were roaming freely, littering the premises and around the food preparation area
  
  After all this, the owner withheld our security deposit and told my brother that it would be returned only if we posted a good review on her page. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior.
  
  This is not how a professional venue should operate, especially when families are trusting them with once-in-a-lifetime events and paying a substantial amount. Our wedding experience was badly affected due to false commitments, lack of professionalism, and money-oriented tactics.
  
  I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before booking Kantam Farm for important functions.

  Wonderful experiance at kantam farmhouse

  We recently celebrated my sister’s wedding at Kantam Farmhouse, and the experience was truly wonderful. The venue is peaceful and far from the crowd,Absolutely value for money,with beautiful greenery all around. Both the staff and the owner were very polite and supportive throughout the event.
  We loved the overall atmosphere so much that I’m already planning my cousin’s wedding here as well.
  Highly recommended venue!

  Amazing experience

  We cannot express enough how amazing our experience was with Kantam ! From the very first consultation, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely excited to be a part of our special day. Every detail was handled with such care, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
  
  The catering truly exceeded our expectations. We received so many compliments from our guests!
  
  The entire 5 room villa, with its big lawn & huge swimming pool offered plenty places to hist different kind of functions

  Awesome service

  Everything about this farmhouse is good , caretakers are professional and very helpful,the farm and the pool is very neat and clean as per the guidelines,i highly recommended to once visit this awesome farmhouse for ur dream event.

  Amazing venue and very reasonable farmhouse

  They gave the best prices as compared to other farmhouses and the package given was also very good. Our Both Functions went very smoothly and nicely everything was done so properly they take care of all your requirements and deliver more than they promise to you during the booking time. They made our Special Events more memorable with their Services and amazing food which was by far the best food i tasted in farmhouses in this belt. I highly recommend this venue to everybody who wants to make their special days more memorable

  Amazing ambience. Beautiful organic farm with lots of greeneryand Kingsize swimming pool. Perfect place for weddings and corporate parties

  Recently, I went to Kantam Farmhouse for the wedding. The ambiance was great with perfectly maintained lawn and decorations were very simple but very elegantly done. Bridal entry was very awesome .Even the owners were very cooperative and were ready to help they even arranged for last-minute breakfast for approx 50 people and even allowed a few guests to pack Puri and Aloo Sabri for Train without any extra harge

  Charming: This venue is small and cozy, with a lot of character. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious.

  Beautiful, picturesque and charming place. I visited here in November and must say the venue with all the greenery looked amazing. It needs minimal decoration as the venue itself brings out its own charm. I would recommend this place to everyone for small functions and big function .

  We had two functions in this Farmhouse on 29th January and 30th January for Haldi Mehendi and Wedding function

  They gave the best prices as compared to other farmhouses and the package given was also very good. Our Both Functions went very smoothly and nicely everything was done so properly they take care of all your requirements and deliver more than they promise to you during the booking time. They made our Special Events more memorable with their Services and amazing food which was by far the best food i tasted in farmhouses in this belt. I highly recommend this venue to everybody who wants to make their special days more memorable
