Excellent Venue

Humne Eden Grand jo Faridabad mein hai unko book kiya tha shaadi ke liye. Sab bohot acha tha, catering aur decoration included tha, sab unki hi side se tha. Sab time par serve hogaya tha, staff members bohot helpful the, unne humari sab jagah par help ki.

they did not deliver properly.

I had high expectations from them but they did not deliver properly. They did not delivered what they had promised. We had asked for some special food counters that were not there

Eden Gardens Lawn 1

The stalls, the ground and the carpet and clothing used on the chairs n table were not much clean. The area to walk for the baraat is also very muddy. There is a lot of traffic during the peak season as there are 4 venues connected together. The supervisor of the venue is also not very approachable. Overall I would not recommend this venue.

Wastage of Money

This date will not come back now, neither will my money come back and not come back my reputation. I have no words to express the extent of the arrogance of these people.Of all the commitments these people made, not a single one was fulfilled, they cheated us, did not turn on the generator, did not complete the payment till now or when they checked, everything was correct.That's why I will not recommend this garden to all of you, these people drive the public crazy.Our program will be yours sometimes. Their daily routine is to make people crazy. it's like wasting money here Even after my explanation, if you people do that program then check it very carefully and do not make payment without checking. No lighting, no decoration, no system worked, got less than what was asked for, money wasted. Eden grand have 2 lawn and per lawn capacity is minimum 700 to maximum 1500 person that is the washroom for both loan third class service no hygiene and no maintenance of washroom before booking they are saying our services in hygiene and cleaning is the best in Faridabad but you can see washroom too bad look like a local train toilet no maintenance no Hand was inside the washroom you can see how dirty washroom they have in between a function no maintenance if you are booked this so please discuss because some people are not comfortable to go dirty washroom so you’re guest is not comfortable here before booking make sure discuss for washroom cleaning.
You will not find a responsible person whom you will talk to, someone will take payment from you, someone will explain to you, someone will say something to you, someone else will do something.
You have requested me with folded hands not to do any of your functions here because my money has been wasted, I don't want it to be yours either or you still don't understand so you keep paying without checking not do payment thankyou

Amazing venue!

I truly loved the venue. The staffs were so good, they were best at hospitality and services. The venue was very beautiful, the decor was superbly done. Food couldn't have been better. In all praises for them. Loved the experience!

Amazing venue!

The venue was very beautiful, it had great interiors beautiful gardens and lawns. The decor was done very beautifully. The staff was very courteous and polite. The food offered was very good and tasty. The services were up to the mark!

Beautiful Venue

This venue is beautiful! They have a really great ambiance and location is good too!. They organised it really well and the decoration was beautiful as well as the food was really tasty too. Staff was very professional and hardworking!

Awesome Venue!

This venue is amazing! Very helpful and professional staff! The food was amazing and we got a lot of compliments for the same. Even the decoration was beautiful!  Will recommend to friends and family as well. Loved the experience!
