Extremely poor communication, constant follow-ups required, multiple inconsistencies during the design and printing process, lack of transparency, and damaged cards upon delivery. What should have been an exciting wedding preparation turned into a stressful and exhausting experience.

My experience with Vishakha Collections has honestly been one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences, especially considering this was for my wedding invitations.

I came across them online after researching multiple card vendors in India. Their Google reviews were good, their website looked professional, and one major advantage was that they accommodated smaller quantities. Since I only needed 50 cards, many vendors rejected my request due to high MOQs, but Vishakha Collections offered flexibility, which initially impressed me.

I first contacted them on WhatsApp on 3rd March 2026 to enquire about designs and quantities. By 5th March, I had shortlisted a design and started clarifying customization options, especially regarding inserts. From the beginning, I repeatedly asked whether additional inserts could be added because my content required them.

The communication throughout the entire process was extremely poor and inconsistent.

Initially, I was told additional inserts could not be added. Later, after multiple follow-ups from my side, I was suddenly told they *could* be added at an extra cost. By this point, I had already paid a 50% deposit and shared all my content files in multiple formats (PDF, PPT, image) to make things easier for them.

Despite being a paying customer, I constantly had to chase them for updates:

* Follow-ups on insert confirmations
* Follow-ups on timelines
* Follow-ups for digital drafts
* Follow-ups for corrections
* Follow-ups for final previews

At every stage, communication only happened when I chased them.

One major issue was that they delayed sending the digital draft while simultaneously informing me about printing delays due to their printer being unwell. Naturally, I was worried because printing should never proceed without customer confirmation, especially when their own T&Cs mention that changes cannot be made after printing.

Even after receiving the drafts, there were formatting inconsistencies, missed corrections, spacing issues, and changes that were not implemented despite clearly being highlighted. When I requested further corrections, instead of resolving them professionally, I was told that I “had not mentioned them earlier.” That response was honestly shocking from a customer service standpoint.

Another major issue was colour mismatching.

The original card had blue and green inserts. I specifically confirmed multiple times that the additional inserts would match those same colours. Instead, I was shown a blue and pink insert combination which looked completely different from the original design. Again, I had to chase for clarifications and updated previews.

The most frustrating part was the lack of transparency. Even after printing and assembly had supposedly been completed, I was still not shown complete previews of all four inserts together. I constantly had to ask for missing photos and confirmations.

There was also missing customization on the envelope — specifically the wedding date and “To” liner that appeared on the original sample design on their website. This was never clarified to me during the draft process. When I raised the issue later, I was simply told that I had already approved the draft.

Eventually, after nearly one month of constant follow-ups, the cards were delivered.

Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.

When I finally checked the cards properly:

* 3 cards had cracked mirror detailing
* 2 cards were stuck inside the envelope
* 1 envelope was improperly glued
* 2 cards had major glue stains on the front

In total, 8 cards were damaged.

When I raised this issue with them, I was told that because these are “handmade products,” I should not expect 100% quality.

That response was extremely disappointing.

While they offered a refund for only 5 damaged cards, the bigger issue is that I am now short of invitation cards during my wedding preparations — something no bride or customer should have to deal with after paying and patiently following up for over a month.

Please think carefully before placing orders with them, especially for important events like weddings. My experience was exhausting, stressful, and far from professional.

Zero updates from the team. No soul to discuss and above all There is NO meaning of urgency...na na forget about urgency, there is NO status update for the ongoing status of places ORDER. Anyone wants to Order on this vendor, think twice before placing an Order. Initially said Diwali holidays and even after Diwali Holidays there is absolute SILENCE. God Bless the customer

I have purchased 100 marriage invitation card from Vishakha Collection. Her product as good as seems on her website dashboard. I really loved card which had printed for us and special thanks to Mam who always better assist me for this.

Now the final segment Her card Quality and content making quality is very good.

Flawless execution of design and content, timely delivery. Very good quality of material used for cards. Overall a great experience with vishakha collections.
