What is the % payment/ amount to confirm the booking?

A non-refundable deposit of 30-50% of the total fee is required to secure your date. Bookings are confirmed only once the deposit is received and the agreement is signed. The remaining balance is typically due 2-4 weeks before the ceremony.

What is the cancellation policy?

The despoit is non-refundable, as it secures your date and covers preparation time. If cancellation occurs: More than 60 days before the ceremony: no further payment required. 30-60 days before: 50% of the remaining balance may be charged. Less than 30 days before: full balance is payable. In case of unforeseen circumstances (such as travel restrictions or emergencies), I offer flexibility to reschedule, subject to availability.
