To ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy for DJ services: Cancellation Period: Any cancellation or request to reschedule an event must be communicated to us in writing or via email at least 30 days before the scheduled event date. Refund Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance: A full refund of any deposit or advance payment will be provided. Cancellations made within 15-29 days of the event: A 50% refund of the deposit or advance payment will be provided. Cancellations made within 14 days or less of the event: The deposit or advance payment will be non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy: Requests for event rescheduling made 30 days or more in advance: We will make every effort to accommodate the new event date and transfer the deposit or advance payment to the rescheduled date. Requests for event rescheduling made within 15-29 days of the event: We will assess the feasibility based on our availability and discuss any necessary adjustments, additional fees, or new contract terms. Requests for event rescheduling made within 14 days or less of the event: Rescheduling may not be possible, and the deposit or advance payment may be forfeited. Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, severe weather conditions, accidents, or any other circumstances beyond our control that render us unable to perform at the scheduled event, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative date or provide a refund of the deposit or advance payment.
