What is the % payment/ amount to confirm the booking?

What is the cancellation policy?

Booking Amount: • 50% of the artist fee is payable in advance to confirm the booking. Balance Payment: • The remaining 50% must be cleared either 2 days prior to the event or on the event day before the performance begins (before the artist’s performance starts). Cancellation Policy: • If the booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event date, 50% of the advance amount will be refunded. • If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of the event, the advance booking amount (50% of the artist fee) will be non-refundable. • In case of cancellation within 7 days of the event, the full agreed artist fee will be chargeable as cancellation. Additional Terms: • Any travel, accommodation, or technical arrangements confirmed for the artist (if applicable) will also be chargeable in case of cancellation. • Date rescheduling requests will be subject to the artist’s availability and at the management’s discretion.
