Extremely Disappointing Experience with Silverslate Events
We hired Mohini and Dolly from Silverslate Events for our wedding on February 14th at Taj Vivanta, Dwarka, expecting professionalism and reliability. Unfortunately, their service was far from what we had hoped for.
From the beginning, they charged us 50% more than the usual rates, and we paid the amount believing it would ensure quality work. However, their execution was terrible and full of unnecessary hassles. I had to constantly chase them for every little thing, yet they were unresponsive and completely unorganized.
The most upsetting part was Mohini’s unprofessional and rude behavior. On our wedding day, she publicly embarrassed my mother over a minor outstanding payment, which we had already committed to paying after the event. She even threatened to stop the Varmala ceremony, which was beyond shocking and unacceptable!
This level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, especially from a wedding planning service. Instead of making our day memorable for the right reasons, they caused stress, embarrassment, and emotional distress.
I strongly advise against hiring Silverslate Events. They are overpriced, irresponsible, and lack professionalism. If you want a smooth and joyful wedding experience, look elsewhere!
