Very unprofessional services

Our experience with this wedding planner was extremely disappointing. During the planning phase they spoke politely and made many promises about what they would arrange. Unfortunately, most of those promises were never fulfilled.

The planner was not even present at the event, and several things that were discussed and agreed upon were simply not delivered. The decor in particular had no attention to detail — there were loose wires visible, broken lights, and the flowers looked poorly arranged and unattractive. It felt careless and far from what had been promised.

During the event we felt completely helpless because things were not handled as expected and there was no proper coordination.

A wedding is such an important day, and we trusted them to manage it properly. Sadly, the entire experience was very stressful and upsetting. I would not recommend their services.

Best planner

They were exactly what we were looking for when we started to plan our wedding. They were super patient with all our questions during the planning process and during the days just prior to our wedding. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better team of professionals to make our day the most amazing day ever. They were and are so sweet, down to earth and personable!
