# Cancellation Policy & Terms To ensure smooth planning and booking management, the following cancellation policy applies to all decoration and event bookings: 1. **Booking Confirmation** * A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment. * The advance payment blocks your event date and is **non-refundable**. 2. **Cancellation by the Client** * **More than 60 days before the event:** 50% of the advance amount may be refunded (if materials have not already been purchased). * **30–60 days before the event:** No refund of the advance payment. Any additional amount paid, after deducting expenses already incurred, may be refunded. * **Within 30 days of the event:** No refund will be provided, as preparations, vendor bookings, and material arrangements are already in progress. 3. **Rescheduling** * Rescheduling is subject to date availability. * If the requested date is available, the booking may be transferred without cancellation charges. * If the new date is unavailable, the booking will be treated as a cancellation under the above policy. 4. **Custom Orders** * Customized decorations, printed items, personalized signage, flowers, or any special materials purchased specifically for the event are non-refundable once ordered. 5. **Cancellation by Amit Events & Decorations** * In the unlikely event that we are unable to provide our services due to unforeseen circumstances, all payments received from the client will be refunded in full, or an alternative date/service will be offered with the client's consent. 6. **Force Majeure** * We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, riots, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule whenever possible. 7. **Refund Timeline** * Approved refunds will be processed within **7–14 business days** through the original payment method or bank transfer.
